    Bien situado. Buenas vistas y muy nuevo

    Buen trato, nos gusto la habitación, amplia y con buenas vistas a la playa y al pueblo. Ubicación excelente. Desayuno excelente. Es un hotel nuevo casi recien estrenado. Para mi el inconveniente es que solo tenia bañera que era un poco incómoda y no tenia plato de ducha .

    Me pareció un buen hotel, está un poco retirado del centro de la ciudad pero tiene cerca restaurantes, supermercados y lugares para hacer compras!! El hotel tiene piscina y el desayuno está bueno!! Recomendable

    Great hotel vs price at Santa Fe

    Precio súper accesible para la zona, hotel lindo con todo lo que necesitas para pasar una noche y descansar para poder ir a trabajar al siguiente día! La reservación estaba a nombre de mi esposo y hasta que no presenté su identificación me permitieron hacer el check in.. bien por eso!

    GREAT. And loved their safeguards during COVID.

    Very nervous about staying in a hotel during COVID, but needed to travel. Selected this hotel for the convenience to freeway (passing through, not getting to enjoy the city this visit as last time when I stayed at very nice Sage Inn), good reviews, rate. I am so glad I did! Parking spot across drive from entrance. Check in was great! Very helpful, kind, efficient desk person, behind a clear barrier and masked. She asked if I'd like water and cookies (membership perk, and she gave me 2 of each!) and I found two more water bottles in the room! I wanted a room that hadn't been used in a while, and she told me that, right now, they clean the room and keep it closed for a WEEK! She didn't know if all Doubletrees do that, but they were at this location. I so appreciated that! I had brought some bedding along, but felt safe using theirs. They seal the room after it's cleaned. I was on the fourth floor (I don't know if they rotate floors for cleaning during this time; rooms near mine were also occupied). The hotel itsef was clean, lovely. I wanted to curl up with a book in front of their fireplace downstairs, but not right now. Just wanted to spend time in room. Everything lived up to my expectations. Comfortable, clean, pleasant. She told me they had room service for meals and that sounded good - I wanted to stay in. Good menu. I ordered nachos - delicious and more than I could eat! (Note: they didn't tell me they had already added a gratuity to the bill as well a service fee - I only noticed that on receipt, so with my cash tip I gave him (he pleasantly accepted it), they got double - BUT it was happy hour so the appetizer was discounted - and again, delicious and generous serving.) I watched a great documentary on HBO and had some tea and cocoa I brought using the coffee maker. Every employee with whom I interacted was friendly. Hotel doesn't offer a free breakfast, but I'd had items I brought. In the morning, I noticed the flat tire indicator light on in my car as I was ready to set out, and this hotel was so well situated that it wasn't far from a Discount Tire where they checked my tires and filled them at no charge. Glad I did this - I subsequently drove into a snowstorm I wasn't expecting from Santa Fe to Las Vegas NM and snow beyond it! Not fun! But glad I was road-ready. This hotel's also near many restaurants and anything else you might need. I did overshoot the driveway into the hotel on my way over and had to turn around - busy area. I wanted to stay here again on my return trip, but had to adjust driving plans, so I couldn't. Still, I'd stay here again if I went through town. It was well-maintained, comfortable, and above all, observant of the pandemic. I felt safe and am grateful.
