  Disgusting!

  Booked a large 2 room suite, unfolded the sofa bed and was horrified to see blood, food and bugs on the mattress pad! It was horrible and sickening. We were all tired by this time, and had to pack up all our stuff and move to another floor. For this experience, only $70 was taken off the bill. I will NEVER stay here again. A disgrace to the Hilton name.

  Pageant

  We had a great time, the motel, was very Accommodating. The only thing that I Saw wrong, was When I asked for my trash to be picked up and fresh towels I never got my trash picked up they never came in the room to get my trash I did not expect them to remake the beds but at least pick up the trash because I did ask that and I finally got fresh towels about five or 6 oclock the day of when I asked for towels early on Saturday morning, and I want to come earlier so that I could take a shower but we stayed the whole weekend and we had a great time. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger but it was still nice thank you Doubletree by Hilton for our stay!

  Loud and Dirty

  We stayed three nights for a wedding. The rooms were extremely loud. My friend had a suite, we spilled a small amount of water on the tile floor. When we wiped it up the paper towels were filthy dirty like the floors werent mopped in months. This was on the 1st day. Ick! The bar was a nice feature.

  Nasty, absolutely nasty!

  This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel since the virus got going last March, and it will be the last. Upon entering our room, I found a dirty sock on the closet floor! How can a room be sanitized and there be a sock left on the floor? We almost left and asked for our money back, but instead just requested another room. This room was better in that it didn't have any clothing left behind, but the whole hotel looked run down and kind of sad. The second room was ok (at best), and we stayed the night. Uneventful up until I got up the next morning and poured myself a glass of water. I looked in the bottom of the glass and there was a stain of some kind. WOW! Great cleaning job yet again. I am including a pic of the glass. I wish I had a pic of the sock, but you can imagine that yourself. Whatever you do, DO NOT stay here. The desk clerk (I did not see another employee the entire time I was there) was very engaging and helpful, but I got the feeling the place is terribly understaffed and I estimate the hotel of less than 15-20% occupied. Still no excuse for this.

  Nice hotel, understaffed and under-occupied but a great place to stay

  We've stayed here 5-6 times in the past four months. We've learned how to navigate the understaffing. You ask for service and get it quickly with a smile. The front desk people (generally one or two and the only people you'll see most of the time) ARE amazingly helpful and pleasant. From Wednesday to Sunday so is the one nice woman who runs what is left of the bar and restaurant (take out, minimal selections, one special each day). Our rooms have mostly been very clean and we now know to ask for extra towels, coffee and other amenities right after checkin. Generally a quiet place (stay up on the seventh floor, stay off floor two as they may have a meeting or two that can be noisy. Can't wait to seat how this place is when the open up fully Post-pandemic. Would be interesting to know if there is any on site management. Haven't seen any unlike a Hilton property recently in San Antonio, Texas where the GM was staffing the front desk by himself two mornings and also making sure the boxed breakfasts were in their place at the semi-closed breakfast area.
