  Visité el hotel DoubleTree por motivo de negocios. Desde la recepción y el check-in la atención del personal fue magnífica. El cuarto estaba amplio, limpio y acogedor. La conexión a internet era suficientemente buena para poder trabajar sin problemas. Lo mejor de todo fue la comida. Eso estuvo excelente!

  MUY BUEN HOTEL CON MUY BUEN SERVICIO

  El hotel tiene un lobby amplio muy bien decorado y cómodo. Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y cómodas. La piscina interior estaba operativa y en buenas condiciones. El personal del front desk es realmente muy profesional y amable. Todos los pedidos fueron respondidos rápidamente y positivamente. Las habitaciones que dan al lobby son un pico ruidosas porque se escucha la musica del mismo.

  Beautiful

  Beautiful place. Enormous grand lobby with plenty of seating areas for people to gather, excellent food, clean rooms. Very often, after a long day on the road, I suffer with weak water pressure in the shower. Not at this place: best showers anywhere.

  Very Nice but Empty Hotel

  Due to the COVID-19 scare, the hotel was only 15% full. The staff there was great. The hotel is very nice with a grand lobby and good restaurant (Ember & Vine) where I enjoyed dinner at the bar and breakfast in the restaurant. Clean, comfortable, good service. Hope to be back

  Disappointed. Not the Hilton Quality Im Used

  First, I will say that they are doing a great job with Covid precautions. Unfortunately they means that the in-house restaurant/bar is closed. Thats not a big deal. There are restaurants very close by. When I first walked in I noticed that many of the guest rooms overlooked the lobby. The front desk staff mentioned that there were two wedding parties in the hotel. Not wanting to hear late night socializing in the lobby, Im a Diamond member so I asked for an upgrade. I was given a room with a balcony on the Hilton Honors floor that had a view of...5 lanes of highway traffic. Even if I wasnt staring at highways, the screen door wasnt in place. It was just leaning against the wall on the balcony. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The room also included a flashing light switch. You know how some light switches have that murky opaque plastic but it has a warm amber glow so you can find them in the dark? Thats not what I got. The switch was a clear plastic and the glow was bright and flickered throughout the night. So annoying. None of the things Im complaining about are big things, but when you add up the little things, it seemed like one annoyance after another. It just wasnt the quality Im used to from the Hilton brand.
