  Excelente Servicio

  Me hospedé en este hotel en septiembre pasado y la verdad me gusto mucho, las instalaciones son de primera, así como ala atención de todo el personal, a pesar de que está algo retirado de Philadelphia el hotel está bien comunicado ya que por medio del autobús el tren y el metro puedes moverte entre Philadelphia y King of Prussia sin problemas. Casi enfrente del hotel hay un centro comercial en donde se puede conseguir comida a buen precio, la gente de los alrededores es extremadamente amable, sin duda es un lugar al que regresaría.

  Grata Sorpresa

  realmente este hotel fue una grata sorpresa . Es muy grande y con gran cantidad de habitaciones , la nuestra era muy espaciosa comoda luminosa y con una hermosa viste a la vegetacion que rodea al hotel . nada es lujoso pero cumple las necesidades para una buena estadia. Tiene parking sin costo adicional . En nuestro caso no estaba incluido el desayuno .

  Great stay

  Great hotel close to KOP mall. Literally under 5 minutes to mall. Plenty of places to eat so close by. Convenient store to the right of hotel, about 2 minute drive. Hotel was a bit busy. Lots of check ins, parking was a bit of a challenge especially at night. Rooms were great. Spacious and clean. Overall hotel was a great choice while staying in the area.

  Comfort and Cleanliness in trying times

  My family stayed at the Alloy for a total of 10 nights in February 2021. They have taken a variety of steps to ensure safety and cleanliness while still making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the KOP/Philly area. It is conveniently located just down the street from the mall and a large selection of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

  someone stole our car's catalytic converter over the night

  I had some different experiences while staying at your hotel last week which is located near the King of Prussia Mall. Everything was fantastic from day 1 to day 5. The hotel room is very clean and beyond my expectation. I was extremely happy with this hotel. Then Saturday morning something awful happened which could be prevented. After we did the check out and we were about to drive back home, we found out that our car's engine sounded extremely loud, then we found out someone stole our car's catalytic converter over the night. I was aware of a sign that the hotel has at the parking lot saying if any damage the hotel is not responsible. But I would never guess they do something like this. We parked our car even closer to the hotel so we can keep an eye on it from the room. I know something like this has happened here before and I'm sad to know that the parking lot has no camera installed. Me and my boyfriend were hoping to go back to your hotel for another stay this month, but with this happening we can't trust to park the car at the hotel. I just wish that we are the last one suffer from this and hoping the hotel could do a sign or something to warn the customer for any circumstance like this.
