  Tranquilo y difícil de encontrar

  Fuimos en fin de semana. Está lejos de todo y es difícil de encontrar en los GPS. Sólo útil para ir de trabajo por la zona. Bien comunicado con Gatwich o para acceder por autopista a lugares del Sur de UK. El hotel tranquilo y correcto. Desayuno 6/10. Habitación 9/10. Baño 7/10 con amenities muy justas.

  Great service!! Lovely staff as they are helpful & kind! & always willing to help you with any questions. I cant wait to come back as I wont be disappointed. The food is great as well as you can choose what you like from the menu :)

  Terrible

  Booked for one evening, first room smelt badly of cigarettes, second room the bath was badly damaged with black potholes in the enamel. Ordered room service food was very limited , the chicken wing starter was not warm, and the main was terrible I rejected it ... it was Classic Gourmet steak burger ... was in fact low quality burger over cooked not pink in the middle again cold and not with the salad or Mayo as described and for £15.00 was a disgrace. I would not bother visiting here...

  Old and tired

  This place has seen much better days. Carpets worn, woodwork damaged everywhere, bathroom mould and leaking faucets, curtains and other upholstery damaged/broken, squeaky beds. Room AC is so noisy its better left off. WiFi slow and often disconnects. Area is isolated, youre surrounded by roads, no supermarket nearby. In room dining is screaming expensive. 3-stars at the most. A very VERY disappointing place.

  way past its set-by date

  Shocked at the appalling state of this property: dirty, stained and rucked carpets throughout corridors, room decor redolent of early 1970s, furniture tired, old and scruffy, bathroom a disgrace, ancient bath with rusty leaking taps and waste plug, plating worn off all chrome surfaces, cheap and damaged kitchen worktop surfaces throughout, cold and damp. A rotten experience and very poor value for money. Not worthy of the Hilton name, it's like the brand when Ladbroke owned it in the 1980s - standards similar to a dirty airport motel on the wrong side of the tracks in Alabama. The alleged makeover last year certainly did not extend to Room 314.
