  Great staff!

  Emily at the front desk was so helpful as she let me back in my room after checking out because I lost my earring and I thought it might have been in the room. The housekeeper was also so nice, helped me looking for it. We ended up not finding it but the housekeeper told me that hell keep looking for it. I just want to say that the staff was extremely nice and I had a comfortable stay. Thanks!

  Wedding Perfection

  I had my intimate, romantic wedding at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Campbell on Feb 6, 2021, and it was absolutely perfect. I worked with their event coordinator, Emily Beck. Emily is incredible. She spoke my language as a detail oriented bride. Emily helped us make a dream come true wedding during COVID-19. The entire event ran so smooth and I have her to thank. Emily managed a team that provided my family and friends one of the happiest days many of us have spent in a long-time. Emily was compassionate, understanding, and there for moral support the entire way. She had things arranged and completed that went beyond the call of duty. If you are looking for a romantic, intimate wedding ceremony and reception this is the place. The food was outstanding. The service was incredible. The accommodations are modern, clean, and fresh. Plus, convenient for traveling guests as it is located in the Pruneyard Plaza. What Emily did for us will never be forgotten. I absolutely love Emily. She is so professional and down to earth. She is going to put the DoubleTree on the map as a desired place to be married in the South Bay. We felt so cared for the entire time. And don't forget: one bonus of getting married or staying at the DoubleTree are their incredible chocolate chip cookies. I have nothing but fantastic things to say. If I had to do everything all over again, I would have my wedding at the DoubleTree and I would want Emily to help me make my wedding dreams come true. From the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU!

  Nice Hotel

  Stayed here for a business trip. We were allowed to check in an hour early. Room spacious with a couch and chair. Bed comfortable but pillows flat (no firmness at all). Palm trees right outside our windows (that open to allow in fresh air). Bathroom is a nice size with a great walk-in shower. Good water pressure. Rooms not being serviced unless requested during the stay due to Covid. I understand this but they only provide two towels and wash cloths for two people for a two night stay. Restaurant inside the hotel is closed. Location is good as there is a plaza behind the hotel with several restaurants (all to go orders or eat outside).and shops. Overall I would recommend and stay again. Good value for the cost.

  Favorite Hilton property

  I simply love staying here. Rooms are big and updated. Location is phenomenal! Staff is some of the friendliest I've ever seen. I stayed over 80 nights at many different Hiltons in 2020 all ovwr the USA.

  Rude

  I stayed here on December 26th I believe with no problem. I tried to book another stay and was met by the female manager who told me I could not stay there. I had problems with her before because I injured myself there. They refused to give me any information at all. The general manager Jared Kam left a comment on my last negative review saying to contact him directly but I did. I've been contacting them since July of last year. The keep making up reasons as to why they don't want me to stay there and that's not what bothers me it's the fact that there not professional enough to have a grown up conversation. Every time I talk to the female she is very rude and makes smart remarks. It's a nice hotel with nice staff until you have an incident then you're on you're on. So jared if you really wanna help you have all my information.
