  Nice Hotel, Odd Policies

  There are absolutely zero complaints concerning the room, the staff or the public areas. All three were first rate and we enjoyed our stay. The odd policy concerns the response to the question, "Is breakfast included with our stay "? We were told and I quote, Your honours level is not high enough to be given a breakfast, At your level, you must pay. $3.00 for one egg seemed rather excesive, therefore we declined their generous offer. Would we stay in the future?, Most likely no as there are many lodging opitions in the area.

  Good Location. But . . .

  No refrigerator. Dirty carpet. Clean Bathroom. Good and clean Lounge Area with Bar and 10$-12$ BF. Clean Lobby. Employees did not wear masks. Must be to cool. Did not look cool to me. Free morning coffee. Located next to the I- 610 ramp with minimal noise. Several restaurants and be sure to visit Downtown Ocean Springs. Maybe 10-15 minutes drive East. This is a must.

  Beyond mortified!!!!!!!!!!!

  Decided to spend Thanksgiving alone just to unwind and relax I booked a room at the Doubletree in Biloxi on the beach decided to spend the extra money to have a corner room with a jacuzzi tub, wow was that a mistake. I filled the tub with regular water let it fill up turned it on the next thing I know there was a brown film all over the place I don't know if it is rust or if it is feces whatever it is is absolutely disgusting and very unsanitary. Absolutely mortified immediately jumped in the shower even though I did not get into the tub it was that gross cannot believe I am wasting so much money on absolute filth especially in this day and age with everything supposedly being sanitized and cleaned to perfection. Whoever owns this franchise property should be absolutely horribly embarrassed and Hilton needs to know that one of their brands have service like this.

  Excellent staff, value, location, breakfast.

  I stayed here for three nights from 03-06DEC2020 and had an excellent stay. From check-in to check-out every staff member was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. I especially appreciated the solid breakfast...those are rare in the age of Covid-19. The room was slightly dated and the desk was a bit beat-up and didn't pull out straight, but other than that, the room was good. Comfortable bed, above-average soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, ample electric plugs, a couple hundred TV channels, fast and consistent Wi-Fi, HVAC didn't have issues. Oh, it did take about 4 minutes for the shower water to heat up, but it did get plenty hot. I especially appreciated the free parking. The location was very convenient to the Beau Rivage where I gambled and spent most of my time. It's a very quick walk over there. I got a good rate...much better than at the Beau Rivage. So I would be very happy to stay here again. Thanks for the good experience!

  Staff was good and was very clean. Bed was very firm to point of uncomfortable for my s/o. Not sure if that is a Hilton thing or not. Only complaints I have is no room maintenance during the stay due to covid. Another is the bar/lounge food is expensive and honestly terrible but beyond that decent stay would stay again
