  Atención telefónica penosa

  Se alojó una empleada de la empresa. Necesitaba una factura de una estancia y tardé 7 correos electrónicos y 2 horas en llamadas para que pudieran enviarme la factura correcta. Además muy mal educados. Deben mejorar la atención al público.

  Comfortable ... but value for money?

  In this area, The DoubleTree is an expensive option. It was convenient for us to stay here due to an event we attended in the arena, and couldn't fault reception - perfectly polite and helpful. Also a novel view over the stadium. Niggles with the room however - a sink that was slow to drain, a safe I couldn't get to work, and two small bottles of water in the room for £5 ... unless you were a Gold Member. Also had to pay £8 for parking, when there was free parking for the Arena event the day before / day after our one night stay. Our original plan was to stay 4 miles up the road at a hotel that was a quarter of the price. When we left our event and saw there were plenty of taxis outside, I rather felt we should have stuck to staying there instead.

  Spot on!

  Look no further if you are attending a gig/ event at the Ricoh Arena. Upon arrival we were granted with a warm cookie, which was a nice little touch. The room itself was big, spacious and clean. Did the job. I would recommend only staying here if you are attending a event at the arena as it was a little noisy, which is to be expected I suppose as thousands of fans arrive/ leave the venue.

  Great Rooms

  Stayed here to use the Casino next door. Availability of food is good and at a reasonable price. Used the Gym which is easily accessible, clean and compact. Breakfast is a Buffet style and every thing you would expect and not bad.

  Noisy interconnecting doorways spoilt sleep / hotel experience.

  Generous rooms, but interconnecting doors allowed conversation and other noise to flow between rooms easily . Being woken up at 0300 due to returning occupants of the adjacent room was not appreciated or the loud music or just conversational noise which flowed between rooms. Not secure for business or comfortable for relaxation.
