Excelente estadia con mi hijoViajamos a un juego de football americano en el AT&T Stadium y el ambiente en el hotel era SUPER. Muchísimas personas contentas y entusiasmadas para tal evento. El hotel esta muy cerca de el estadio, utilizamos la plataforma UBER para transportarnos al Juego constando solo $7.07 de ida y $13.55 de regreso. Solo el estacionamiento en el estadio valía casi $100.00

Majestic Shuttle Service is FantasticThis is the best hotel if going to any events at AT&T Stadium. It is close by and the people are very nice. Also, they have a shuttle service operated by Majestic Transportation to get you to the stadium. Majestic is fantastic and super nice people. It makes the whole trip relaxing and fun!

No masks in lobby; unfriendly night manager; and unclean room.We generally are pleased with the various Hilton brands, but this place was an exception. We booked 2 nights for our children who arrived late after a long drive. I reserved online for a number of Hilton hotels, and they were able to check in at all of them without issue except at this one. Even though my daughter's name was on the email confirmation, the night manager said she had no access to the general Hilton reservation, which showed my daughter as an approved guest. If so, what's the point of reserving through the Hilton website? I eventually got them in using digital checkin through my phone app. Virtually no one wore masks in the lobby, and no one made an effort to ask guests to wear masks. They took the shuttle service to the stadium and were alarmed to find when returning from the stadium that 13 people were on a bus with a sign showing a capacity of 10 and no one, other than them, was wearing a mask, including the shuttle driver. And the windows were closed. Finally, when they did a room check before leaving to make sure they hadn't left anything they found an empty box of condoms under the bed. So, while the location was good and the bed was comfortable, we would not choose this place again -- particularly while Covid is still an issue.

Truly amazing peopleIt's hard to know how to write words that express how amazing everyone at the hotel was when I was stranded at DFW Airport last week. A computer glitch meant more rooms were sold than were available but when I got to the hotel at 22h, the hotel team were being super patient, explaining what had happened, ringing nearby hotels and cleaning rooms; that continued until after 01h I was lucky to get a room after just over an hour and then make use of the guest laundry which was well needed because this was my third day at the airport! Thanks so so much everyone

Avoid this hotel at all cost.We arrived on 3/6 late evening to check in, the lady checking people in said we had to wear a mask when we came to the front desk, my spouse put hers on and approached the desk like she had asked, I was 6 or more from the front of the front desk. Then she says that I will not serve them until I am wearing a mask. As many people know, whenever you get to a hotel your hands arent usually empty, youre carrying luggage, pillows, etc. Mind you, she has still yet to offer me a mask to wear. She started serving the people in line behind us and I voiced my disconcern, the guest popped off to me, so you dont care 4 million kids have died from COVID?(which unless every news station is false on their numbers he kinda over shot the runway.) I told him to mind his own business. Then a security guard approached us, he brought me a mask and I put it on per his request, then he asked us to step outside and talk for a minute. We both followed him outside and talked until he let us back inside to check in. As we re-entered she told him I dont know why you let them back in, I will not be serving them. After she said that the guest I had words with previously approached me and said watch your mouth, I responded with do not talk to me like that. Which he responded with or what prompting a reply from me but I failed to oblige. After our exchange of words, he got worked up and asked the security guard if he can call the cops on us, to which the security guard encouraged. After this the security guard approached me and said sir, I asked you to leave, now Im telling you to leave. He never once asked me to leave, we did everything they asked us to and we still would not be served. I asked to talk to a manager and she said that she was the best one there is to talk to and that we could just leave. Not once was there a leader that worked at this hotel, the only thing the two individuals did that work here was agitate the situation and make matters worse. They showed zero training in handling situations and zero customer service skills. Needless to say that will be the last time we stay at a double tree, which is a big deal for us because that has been our primary choice of hotels for years.
