  Excelente ubicación y atenciones del personal

  Muy conveniente la ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto, tiendas y restaurantes. Un hotel sencillo, tranquilo y con excelentes atenciones. Actualmente están concluyendo el proceso de remodelación de sus instalaciones.

  Excelente para visitas de negocios!

  Muy buen hotel, es ideal para viajes de negocios. Cuenta con una excelente localización cerca de comercios y restaurants, pero a la vez es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Ofrece buena variedad de alimentación, tanto en el desayuno como en el servicio a la habiatación. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, así como cómodas. El personal es excelente, rápido y dispuesto a ayudar!

  Great breakfast buffet! Rooms are outdated. No washer/dryer service.

  I've visited this hotel multiple times, most recently several months ago when we had a serious power outage that required us to be out of our home for a week. Reservations staff at the front desk can either be great (speak with the Managers if you can) or not at all friendly on some occasions. I'm a Hilton Honors level Diamond member, so I've had to stay at many hotels, mostly for business travel. This hotel is in my hometown so I would have hoped for better in some circumstances when it came to the cleanliness of the rooms. Once I advised of some needed cleaning, I was moved to a better room and appreciated the response to get this handled. They accommodated a request for a mini-fridge also during a busy time. Also grateful for this. Bathrooms are small here, and the tub is literally less than an arm length from the toilet. Once settled in, the week went fine. Nice shuttle service for quick trips in the area if you don't want to give up your spot in the parking lot! (And this is a very busy lot most of the time.) The one real drawback is that you have to do your laundry off-site here, meaning a trip (you can take the shuttle) to a laundromat. This really is not at all what I expected, especially since I asked if there was laundry service when I called the front desk (and spoke to a rude clerk) after booking the reservation. She must have thought that I meant 'laundry' as in dry cleaning, because there are no washers and dryers at all here for guest use. The one bright spot of this hotel is the breakfast buffet. It rivals some of the most finest hotels that I've had breakfast at. Fresh fruit, croissants, delicious scrambled eggs (almost all hotels never get these cooked right) and even unexpected choices like fresh salmon and capers. Absolutely delicious every single day of our stay. Nice variety of quality teas, too for people like me who don't drink coffee. This same restaurant hosting the breakfast is available for dinner dining also. We sat in the bar section most days and their menu is varied with locally sourced items. **Be advised that our stay was prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, so the buffet and other food ordering conditions may be different than what I've experience and written about here*** The noise levels can get pretty loud here, so if this is a concern when you travel, ask for something away from one of the many teams that book rooms often at this location. The staff had to ask several guests to keep things quiet while I stayed, so they will intervene as needed. Overall, I return to this hotel for the buffet and the Management staff that are top notch. It is one of the better hotel values in the area near the airport. This is why I've given a "Very Good" rating instead of average.

  Hilton wins again

  Tamu was amazing and I want to make sure sure she is recognized. She went above and beyond making a 30 year anniversary weekend that started out so terrible at a different hotel not affiliated with Hilton. My family chose a hotel that was a disaster and I called to get them a room with Hilton and she stepped up. Thank you for saving the day!!!!! She got them in right away and made them welcome from the start.

  This place is a dump

  I've waited awhile before posting. I had forgotten to post, then remembered, then forgot. I flew in from SC for an overnight reward stay before flying back to SC the next morning super early. (I am a Hilton Honors member and have tons of points to use). I came in not expecting a lot but hoped to have a shower and a good night's sleep before flying out again. The front desk lady was impolite initially. The reservation was made in my name but my husband's name showed up and it ended up being an issue. This had happened to us before but we've never had an issue. She asked that I call my husband to make sure I should be on the reservation. I finally got a room only to be grossed out. It was outdated and nasty. I can thankfully say I did a bed bug check and didn't find any so I was relieved. I did get a shuttle the next morning to the airport. Initially they were going to make me wait until the shuttle was full but when I said I needed to be at the airport at a specific time they obliged. The shuttle driver (I forgot her name) was amazing and I adored her. I will never stay at this hotel again. It is definitely not worthy of the Hilton name and needs to either be knocked down or major overhaul in accommodations on top of a good cleaning. Photos won't upload.
