Great stay, large room and nice staffI stayed here for 4 nights on business. The staff was very friendly, greeting me every time I walked by. the king room that I had was large - it had a separate living area and bedroom. My room was clean and quiet. I will likely stay here again when in the area.

Stolen items nightmare stayThis is a Hilton hotel. I thought it would be a good choice. This hotel just reopened. I thought it would be very clean and safe. Was I wrong. First room I was in had no mirror...no remote for tv...and when I asked for these items as I was staying a full week I was told they would ask maintenance. I told desk clerk I would be in my room and call me one way or the other or we would buy the items I needed. I returned to the front desk and the guy had left for the night. He told noone my request. The second desk clerk was eating and chewing behind the desk. He wouldn't address my issue until he finished his food. Unbelievable. He had no mirror but a housekeeper brought a remote handed it to me no sanitizing tape it wasn't clean. This hotel didn't follow protocol for covid. There was only 1 elevator working in a huge hotel. No inspection signs and no social distancing markings in elevator. 5 people tried to get in at once. I got out. When I brought this to the attention of the GM he was sarcastic...rude...and made 8 excuses for the poor conditions from staff and elevator. I switched my room to a higher floor the next night. To make a long story short the maintenance people had the a c on not the heat and I was freezing. The top lock on my door was broken.the carpet looked like someone had gotten sick on it. Last but not least my 2 valuable diamond rings were stolen from my room. When I told the GM he said "this isn't the right hotel for you I can find you another place to stay" was that a joke? Of course I called the police. I made a report . I called Hilton corporate offices and made a complaint. I am leaving tomorrow and I doubt I will ever see my rings again. I didn't hear back from the hotel. I guess I will hire an attorney. I am writing all this to warn anyone looking to stay at this hotel to go elsewhere. Photo is carpet in my room

If I could give this a zero, I wouldWe were staying here amidst a snow storm. This is the second time we have done this, as it is near our offices. BOTH times our rooms have had in-wall hvac units that are so loud you cannot hear the TV, let alone sleep. We called down to ask if we could be moved to another room, and were denied that request. I have a hard time believing that in the times of COVID, they did not have vacant spaces. Horrible nights sleep, freezing room, and when the heating unit did turn on, it sounded like we were sleeping on a jetway. Absolutely inexcusable.

Stay Away !If you are concerned about covid-19 at all don't stay here....I checked in one afternoon in january 2021 and the lobby was full of people mostly without masks....staff did nothing about it...If I had somewhere else to stay I would have walked out. But I had no choice...when I wrote a letter to Hilton Hotels the staff told them that everyone was complying with covid protocol. AN OUTRIGHT LIE ! I will never stay there again...good luck to anyone who does...
