  Worst hotel experience ever

  I stayed in this hotel for over 30 days while working in the area. I asked that my room be cleaned MULTIPLE times and NOT ONE TIME, in the entire time I was there, did they ever come in to do ANY cleaning. I spoke with the front desk and the manager about my room not being cleaned...nothing changed, my room NEVER got cleaned in the entire time I was there. This hotel is horribly run.

  Customer service was top notch

  The Assistant Manager, Bernard, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my stay. He quickly resolved an issue that arose, and made sure I was a happy guest. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and well-kept -- I would stay again! Thank you!

  Not a safe place to stay.

  Mask wearing minimal. No social distancing. Kids throughout the hotel running around with no masks. What are their parents thinking. Will not be staying hear again anytime soon. Maybe a good place for a MAGA rally.

  Good location, but this location could use some updates

  Quick overnight stay for us in Evansville on our recent road trip. Location is perfect- just 2 blocks away from a quaint Main Street with shops and eats/drinks. About a 15 minute walk to the Tropicana casino. The streets were pretty much deserted the night we stayed (it was a Tuesday). In fact, we didn't encounter another human either on the walk to or back from the casino. It is also directly across the street from a convention center. The lobby area was very clean and well appointed. The restaurant was open and serving, though the menu options seemed limited. We had breakfast on check out day and it was tasty, but only one staff was responsible for being hostess and server. Felt bad for her as she was running to keep up! Every single staff we encountered was masked and was happy to serve. We had a king room on the 4th floor. As expected, the bed was very comfortable- up to Hilton standards. Only 2 pillows though. Thankfully I had one of my own in tow. The prime reason for my 3-star rating was how filthy the shower pan was in our bathroom. The bathroom itself is humongous, storage everywhere, but the plastic shower pan was stained black from age and dirt over time. I wished I'd brought shower shoes! To top it off, there was a ball of dark hair on the floor between the sink and wall- not that you'd step on it, but it was clearly visible and probably should have been swept up. The carpet didn't feel super clean underfoot either. The USB outlet on one side of the bed didn't work properly. Overall, okay property.

  Great hotel in downtown area

  Great new hotel next to medical school and convention center. Excellent staff; diligent about COVID issues. Fee for parking is unusual for Evansville but there are spots on the nearby streets if you want to avoid the charge. No free breakfast. Decent WiFi. Lots of meeting rooms.
