Justito hotelEsta a unos 15 min del centro de chattanooga, el desayuno es bastante lamentable , escaso , y poco variado, ademas por el zumo te cobran , y es envasado .dependiendo de la habitacion el wiffi no llega, ademas la atencion del personal es bastante fria , .no repetirá este hotel .

Bad experience poor serviceAfter sprinting an hour on phone with booking person a few nights ago we booked We have ask for a suite with 2 queens and sofa bed. Poor girl spoke broken English but assured us if the 2 suites were booked her manager approved to put a cot in room for 3 year old. Arrive nope neither available. Your only option is to make do with 5 people in 2 queen beds or book an additional room. No Im sorry let me offer you a discount since we mislead you and its too late for a refund. Nope basically take what you get and make do. We have been Holiday inn rewards members for over 2 years but this will be last stay. Service has gone in a bad direction with this chain This was Holiday In Chattanooga,TN

Great LodgingWe were taking a excursion on the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum so this HI was perfect. Easy to get to, great parking, lots of Eats close by. Because of Covid the services are limited however they offer a grab and go breakfast sack.

Bikes were stolen off the locked bike rackWe stayed at the hotel on our way to Florida. We arrived late and parked in the front of the hotel. Our 2 Trek bicycles were locked in the secured bike rack on the back of the car. The next morning when we headed out (6 am) both bicycles were gone and the thieves had used bolt cutter to cut the cable of the lock. We reported to the police who arrive and we made a report. The hotel manager was rude and did not apologize. When asked about the security cameras, he said they were going to get them, but that didn't help us. The room was clean and comfortable, however, our experience with management and the fact that we were robbed was unfortunate. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Rude front deskThe hotel itself is fine. I did not like the fact that the 2 employees working at the front desk when we arrived at 7:30pm on Saturday night did not have masks on their faces. One had it dangling from her ear and the other on her chin. However, there were clear signs from corporate that masks must be worn in the common areas There was also a party of 4 couples in the lobby hanging out without masks. Tracy checked us in and was not friendly. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day, etc but she never got better and it's unacceptable. I used to work for Holiday Inn in guest services and this is exactly the type of employee that I would get complaints about. It took her 15 mins to check us in and when I asked her 3x what the hold up was, she didn't acknowledge me. I just drove 10 hours with 2 kids and didn't appreciate her attitude. Once she gave us the keys she yelled something about 2 bars of soap and we can't have any lotion unless we come to the front desk. I even let that go. My husband went out a few minutes later and heard her complaining to the other front desk employee that she should be paid more because she is doing 2 jobs there. I think management may have failed her and should provide her with better customer service support before she turns off more guests.
