  Amazing Hotel and great Staff

  I have stayed one week in this fabulous resort hotel. I am used to travel in different resort hotel, however i must say that the Hotel was perfect in every sense. The cleanliness and the safety regulation (due to Covid) were perfect. You have access to masks and hand sanitizer all around the hotel and all day long. Great diversification of the food throughout the week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The cocktails are also very good and staf can serve you all day long. Thank you to the Reception Team who gave us a late check-out. Last but not least, I want to give a special thanks to Alp who gave us private archery lessons, and to Momo who gave us a great laugh during the daily aguagym session. (And the rest of the team who are also here to help you with any request Sevilay and Gamze)

  Babyclub Doubletree Bodrum.

  Everything was fine, my girl loved the babyclub , they made there lots of bracelets and necklaces! Nice girl was making with my baby different colorful pictures of animals not much children were in the club, so there were quite spacious ! Thanks for everything!

  Calm and beautiful

  Everything was perfect!stuff, food and sea!Want to thank everyone and especially girls from kids club (Sevilay) they make me rest near the pool alone lol which is very important sometimes Rooms are new and stylish,cleaning every day

  Excellent Service

  Mahmut at this facility is one of the best and most professional employees. My wife and I stayed at the resort and Mahmut attended to us most of the time and we were extremely impressed and delighted with his caring attitude. We plan to return in July 2021 and hope Mahmut is here to attend to us.

  Great Staff, Small beach

  My brother and I stayed at this lovely resort for 8 days. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the lovely Mert and given our double tree cookie. The room that we were initially given, we were not happy with due to the view as we payed for a Sea view. However, the general manager done his very best to make sure to resolve the issue and he did, the following day we moved rooms to a far better room :) (Tip: If you normally pay for sea view, maybe reconsider because the best view you will get is on the first floor due to the design of the building) The resort is good but the beach is very very small and we were disappointed at first but you get used to it. The rooms are okay, honestly nothing too special here other than a clean decent room. The food was absolutely amazing. During our visit we had a slight issue one day with alcohol in our food. However, the catering manager went out of his way to resolve the issue and ensured that we are okay for the duration of our stay! Big thank you to him but unfortunately we did not catch his name. Overall the resort was great because of the customer service. The staff members go above and beyond to cater to you especially ozan, ibrahim and furkan. Honestly, these guys made the experience five star. Momo and Alp from the animation team were great and always happy to help and make sure that we are enjoying ourselves. Thank you for having us. Honestly, the best customer service we have ever experienced. Double Tree should be proud and be grateful to its staff. I have been to the double tree here in London and the customer service does not even compare.
