  Good service, good location

  Busy hotel near Sendai Station, with restaurants all within doorsteps. Check in is on the 3rd floor, was smooth and fast, room was clean. Apart from Onsen and evening free ramen, there is a also a lounge providing complimentary drinks, snacks and ice-cream from 5 -9pm, all on the 3rd foor. Breakfast is a little different from other Dormy Inns. A breakfast set was given with free flow of bread with ham, sausages, eggs etc. Soup is also replenishable. Parking is first come first serve basis. Overall good value and recommended

  Everything Good

  The hotel located in city center near shopping area. 10 minutes walk from Sendai station and some of other subway stations are in walking distance. Convenience store and plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby. Lobby and Onsen are at 3rd floor. Laundry, vending machine, smoking room, ice machine and microwave were available at 3rd floor. Checkin was fast and staff can speak well English. Everything was great under dormyinn standard. Guests can have free Onsen and free noodle in the night time.

  Please reinforce onsen etiquette

  Wanted to stay in hotel with onsen near Sendai station so chosen Dormy, about 15min walk from Sendai station. Our room on high floor, room is fine as expected to be small & compact. Onsen about 930pm+ is overcrowded & busy, need to wait to bath understandable. Bad experience is suddenly hit by splash of showering water on my back :( as someone opposite me obviously didn't adhere to onsen etiquette! Suggest hotel please reinforce this when guest check in so all could enjoy onsen even it's crowded. Next morning went onsen about 615am to avoid large crowd, glad to enjoy some peace... Went breakfast was told our booking didn't include breakfast but our reservation is breakfast included. After clarified they apologize so ok. Breakfast is set type limited choice unlike Dormy Nagano is buffet style much wider varieties. Like the idea of free coffee in lobby area feel welcome. Coffee run out, reception staff is nice to bring me one. After check out glad could leave luggage with hotel as afraid big locker taken up at station & need to catch Shinkansen on time to next destination. Pick up luggage on same day nite hassle free.

  Nice hot bath onsen

  You can walk to this hotel in five minutes from the main JR train station. It has a nice hot bath. Free noddles and drinks in the evening. Check-in is on the third floor. Breakfast is nice mix of Western and Japanese.

  Convenient place but not in good conditions

  The hotel has paid parking 1800yen per day, free drink (7-9pm), free ramen (9:30-11pm), free hot spring. Location is convenient, 5 min walk from Sendai station. Decoration of this hotel is quite old and not in good condition. The room is not so clean, some stains on the wall paper and teeth brush cup.
