  Agradable hotel, pero se notan los años

  Gran hotel

  Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son impresionantes. El gimnasio y la piscina una pasada y el personal muy atento (muchos de ellos son españoles). El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno (el pescado increíble).

  Practically Perfect in every way

  We just left here this morning after an all inclusive 2 night stay. They have an amazing deal called 'All in Autumn' I read some other reviews which made me sceptical but I want to assure everyone you have NO REASON to worry. This place was perfect. We booked for my partners birthday and the entire stay was fantastic. We stayed in a suite room. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, some have complained about breakfast but it's still good despite the covid changes. Cute little bags with either sausage and egg muffin, bacon and egg muffin an egg muffin, lot of muesli, fresh fruit salad, pain au chocolat, fresh milk, fresh O.J, it was lovely. They don't just 'dump' it at your door. You pick a time slot and they graciously knock and let you know it's there. The All inclusive was brilliant. I had unlimited prosecco, my partner had beer and whiskey, we ate until we dropped, Feta cheese, olives, hummus, flatbread, Sandwiches, Scones, jam, cream. Dinner was delicious, Mixed platter of Salmon, and other fish, plus pate, burger, steak with treacle, lemon tart, cheese and biscuits. Honestly the staff worked so hard! Special shout out to Luke and Scott adorable brothers who looked after our orders, nothing was too much trouble for them. Alex from Romania and his hungarian partner were awesome, plus the others in the restaurant! We also had a half price massage which was great! I was so sad to have to leave. Everybody works very hard to make this an amazing experience. Don't think twice and make sure you book this place it is amazing the grounds are beautiful, the waterfalls, the scenery the decor, the fireplace in the bar. We had lovely robes and towels in our rooms. The only slight let down was that sometimes the Wi-Fi was intermittent in our suite but we used my partners hot spot. That is literally the ONLY thing I could find issue with and even that is not enough to stop me coming back we will definitely be back because we loved it so much thank you everybody at the hotel and we will be right back after lockdown!

  Excellent Short Break

  Thank you for a super relaxing couple of days: hotel staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. All inclusive package was exactly as advertised with no hidden extras. Worth upgrading to the executive room which had a much bigger bathroom and a bigger table to enjoy breakfast at. Excellent food both at lunch and dinner.

  A lovely stay

  We stayed here one night with the all inclusive package. We had a suite booked and the room Was gorgeous. A Particular shout out to the head waiter at dinner, we didnt catch his name, but he was from Romania. He was very good at customer service. Positives: all the staff have been very friendly, quality of food and drink was excellent, lovely crockery and glasses, great spacious modern clean room with robes, coffee and tea and fresh milk, felt very covid secure, nice massage. Negatives: slow service for drinks in the bar area, touch of mould in the bathroom needs some attention. Thats it. Weve had a wonderful birthday stay. Thanks.
