  Awesome Family Christmas Holiday

  Just spent 7 wonderful nights over Christmas at the Don Pancho with our large family (28). All have reported what a great time they had. Loved not having to get kids in/out of the car all week. Easy access to the beautiful beach, The Basin, play ground, The Lagoon, Bargara Gold Club. All an easy walk. To the shops/cafes a little further but still an easy walk to most. Don Pancho itself has heaps of water equipment to use, rooms/facilities were clean and the managers, Michelle n Michael and receptionist, Kellie, couldn't do enough for us all. Look forward to our next visit. Perfect spot. Thanks again

  Good choice but....

  Place is old but very clean and well maintained. Excellent beachfront location and lovely staff. Room was very small so 3 nights was enough. The only thing I could fault was the bed and pillows. Soooo hard. Both Had very bad sleep and had to get Up super early each day due to back pain as lying in bed any longer was unbearable. Had to try and prop up pillows with anything we could to make it softer. Good price and pool was awesome.

  Perfect location

  Spent 2 nights in unit 1. Location is perfect overlooks the beach. Rooms have been newly updated and beautifully clean and tidy. But we found rooms too small and cramped for us. The resort is very old but staff lovely and helpful. No shops nearby. But short car ride into town to excellent cafes etc

  Ancient resort

  We stayed for 2 nights in this place, and although staff were helpful and pleasant. You cannot disguise that this place was built in 1982 and looks like it and is seriously in need of refurbishment. From broken and corroded equipment such as dishwashers that are rusty on the outside, air conditioning units held together with tape and all metal around the place rusted or corroded to the point of total disrepair. I would not suggest staying here apart from the convenience of being on the beach. The staff were helpful, however for us this is one of the most disappointing booking we have ever made.

  Out Dated

  Yes, the resort is old & needs an update here & there, but I cannot fault the staff. I have to thank Michelle, Michael & staff for going above & beyond to make us feel welcome & help us get the most out of our stay. Michelle was extremely helpful in showing us where we could go & enjoy Bundaberg & surrounds. Thank you for your help.
