  An oasis.....

  Lovely setting. A French Manor house, the family home, with 4 very good quality B&B rooms adjacent and a Gite, on its own, in the grounds. Rural, peaceful and quiet with great views from the garden and breakfast room over the countryside to the coast. Accommodation was spacious and modern, with attention to detail. Christine was a lovely host made us very welcome from the start and willingly booked a table at a good local restaurant to ensure we could be catered for on a busy bank holiday weekend. The morning saw a good breakfast with attentive service. Ideal base for visiting Normandy with anywhere between Fecamp and the D Day beaches all within easy reach. 200 miles from Calais a comfortable 3 and a half hour drive. When travelling in the area again will look no further for a place to stay.

  A fabulous find, great bed and breakfast

  I recently stayed here for two nights with friends. Both our rooms were just beautiful, mine was lovely and cool in the unusual heatwave. Christine's husband went and bought a fan especially for my friends which was appreciated (even if it didn't work!!) Christine was a gracious hostess, her breakfasts were wonderful, lots of homemade treats. Christine was very helpful with advice and restaurant bookings. We enjoyed having an aperitif on the outside table, Christine was able to supply beer and Poiree which we thoroughly enjoyed. A very comfortable stay in a glorious part of the world. The price of the room was extremely good value. I would definitely recommend Les Marroniers.

  Great place perfectly located for visiting the the cider route.

  We just stopped here for one night at very short notice. Christine was extremely helpful and friendly, booking up a table for us at a local creperie for dinner and making us very welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, just perfect for what we needed, and the homemade apple cake and jams at breakfast were delicious.

  Great French Country House

  My wife and I stayed recently and had a great stay. Our room (Trouville) was extremely comfortable and spacious. Christine is a wonderful host and her homemade yogurt, Apple sauce, and pastry's were excellent! Cambremer is a beautiful small village close to the inn. If you are looking for a great place to stay while enjoying the Calvados tours this is it.

  Perfect cider stay

  Delicious breakfast, comfortable room (apart from the bed that was smaller than we're used to), new bathroom with big tub, and a very kind and helpful hostess. We couldn't ask for more. And the location was perfect for cider.
