  El hotel está en medio del bosque En un campo de golf ES antiguo Si no estás en edificio principal debes andar bastante Es caro en comparación con lo mismo en España Para pasar una o dos moches en medio del campo

  Tranquilo y apacible

  Un lugar en pleno bosque de Montargis, idílico y tranquilo. El restaurante ofrece una comida correcta con un servicio bueno y acogedor. Una carta de vinos y champagne muy apetecible. Tanto para almuerzos de empresa como para eventos familiares.

  Fabulous golfing & staff but.....

  We found the staff friendly & very helpful, beginning with Stephanie at Reception who welcomed us wonderfully after a long day of driving & golfing elsewhere on the way. It was an extremely hot day so I am guessing we didn't look amazing! Unfortunately one of the negatives of the property is the lack of air conditioning, however Stephanie was quick to advise us they had drawn the curtains & had the fan on high waiting for our arrival. This unfortunately was less than adequate over the next few days so they will need to address this & upgrade as soon as possible - probably not an easy proposition for a property like this, but will become increasingly necessary due to guests expectations. Fortunately there was a beautiful refreshing & lovely swimming pool but once again, an upgrade was very necessary with the surroundings & facilities of the pool area being quite poor & shabby - not bad on the side we sat but the view across those lovely blue waters was quite embarrassing! Such a shame as many guests flocked there during our 4 night stay & we met some lovely people who all felt the same. Our room was very spacious but hot... & furniture quite outdated! In the evenings the food, wine, ambience & service were very good & we really appreciated the recommendations from Guillaume. We chose to eat outside each evening overlooking the golf course & fabulous sunsets even though we could have easily driven to nearby restaurants, we were not disappointed & had some wonderful & memorable nights! the golf course was fabulous with the back 9 being particularly challenging & beautifully memorable! Very good pro shop & special thanks to the Pro & Stephanie again for her lovely "gift",which made the rest of our holiday perfect! All in all, a lovely golfing stay with fabulous staff & in a wonderful area but the hotel itself which has so much potential, needs some pretty major upgrading! Would definitely stay there again if the above mentioned upgrades were made.

  Needs renovation urgently

  We were on the road to Fontainebleau, but after hours of delate by many and long traffic jams on the A10, we were too exhausted to drive further. We checked on Google for the nearest hotel: Hotel Domaine de Vaugouard. Beautifully located with an amazing entrance. After this, we expected more. Our room 105 needed a true renovation. The furniture were outdated. So was the bathroom with the bathtub without bath curtains...And it had and should be cleaned better! Dinner was ok: fish of the main course was cold and not fresh. For half-pension the tea should be included. Breakfast was fine. Worth the money? No! But the view was great. If we knew, we would drive to Fontainebleau.

  What a fantastic place!!! What a fantastic Chef!

  I happened to check in for one day to this place and had the most amazing Vegetarian Dinner specially prepared by Chef Jerome, one of the finest vegetarian meals I have every had in the world, every dish was a work of art, in [presentation and in taste. The hotels is beautiful and the entire staff from Breakfast to the front desk to the bar are amazing, helpful and warm people who truly understand service, the property and the rooms are spectacular and the golf is amazing, although I am terrible at golf. I would give this property 7 stars out of 5. Thank you to all especially Chef Jerome!!! Bravo. Highly recommended property I will be back for sure.
