  Fantastic Location & Brilliant Service (before AND after)

  What a great place to stay. Fantastic views from the Marina Apartment and just a few steps to the park and beach (for the kids), great eateries just down stairs (although we did take advantage of the weber bbq supplied, on the Friday evening). The facilities were top notch and wow what a difference it made to have washer/dryer available in-room (didnt have to take home a suitcase full of dirty laundry). I will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here

  Booked for Two Nights - Stayed for 4-hours

  Booked in at 3pm on Sunday, went out for dinner and when we arrived back at our room the smell was nauseous. I assume from the two large bins outside our door. Reception was closed, so we packed up and left. No-one followed up on my email. Very disappointed.

  Superb Location

  You are right in the middle of everything with an array of restaurants and bars below. The rooms are great with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and you can't go wrong with a dishwasher and washer dryer in your apartment. The kids can stack the dishes and wash there own beach towels....great.

  Great stay

  Stayed here now numerous time, check in staff are very polite and helpful, apartments are clean and spacious Dolphin Quay is a great location with bars and restaurants literally less than 5 mins away and they all serve very good maels which are also varied in styles.

  Del Mar 1 @ 2 the Palladio Mandurah proved to be a very expensive trip

  We are home after one very sad night at Del Mar 1, after we had paid for two. The apartment has no WiFi and is exposed with seven multiple sliding doors. The sliding doors are the bedroom windows . Besides the main suite the other two rooms did not have any air - no fans and obviously one could not open the windows as it was a door on the ground floor. Sadly my worst fears were realised when we popped out for dinner for two hours and on return to see that our belongings trashed and strewn around the apartment. The apartment advertises camera survelience but there are no cameras in sight around the Del mar 1, the reception refused any responsibility stating that they were just a letting agent. The only compensation the reception could offer was another free night if we paid for one more ( no thanks lol) or another night at some other accommodation away from Dolphin quay where the small window views consisted of a high metal fence ( again no thanks for your offer). We had one iphone . two wallets , a speaker , brand new jordan sneakers, chargers etc stolen. Overall a substantial valued amount of our personal property stolen proving to be an expensive, one night at Del Mar. Issues with the apartment. 1.Inadequate security on the apartment. Forensic police noted sliding doors were easy jemmied with a small screw driver. 2.Inadequate ventilation in two of the bedrooms. 3.No CCVT Cameras on the eastern side of the building.. 4. No Safe to lock valuables in.
