  Very nice

  Very nice hotel, apartment was so big, and the terrace was amazing. They can serve breakfast and dinner at the terrace so you can enjoy the see view all the time. Room is clean and cleaned every day. Pool clean. Good snorkeling spot right in front of the hotel. They can arrange the dolphin cruise, so the captain will pick you up from the hotel beach. ( we think it is not worth it, looks like dolphin hunting not like a dolphin watching). Breakfast was perfect and they also cooked nice dinner for us. Stuff is really kind and manager lady was so kind and helpful.

  Great Time , Awesome Staff

  We were introduced to DBA through some close friends and now being a returning customer, I thought it appropriate to write a review of the enjoyable time both my wife and I have had during our visits and how much the staff made the stay more enjoyable. Putu, Mega and all the staff were so friendly, professional in the way they treated us, and nothing was too much trouble, which added to the wonderful time we had during our visits. The rooms and the grounds have always been in excellent condition and the meals are always of a high standard and very enjoyable. There were 2 occasions, where we believe the staff have gone well above what you would expect from any normal hotel. 1.My wife badly injured her ankle while snorkeling on Menjangan Island on our 1st trip and Mega and the staff arranged for her to go and visit a local medicine man, who treated her ankle. This I believe significantly aided her recover time. Mega also arranged for us to move from Penthouse 1 to the Garden room down stairs as my wife was no longer able to walk up the stairs. 2.The last visit was organized as part of my wifes 60th birthday celebration and discussions with Mega resulted in one of the best days of her life. Nothing was a bother and even the rain we had did not dampen or deter the staff from ensuring the party was nothing but memorable. This being the case I have no hesitation in recommending DBA to anyone looking to spend time in Lovina and at DBA.

  Outstanding property and staff

  A huge thank you to Mega and your truly thought caring staff. Apart form the property being very well maintained and the food deliciously yummy, this is a little gem to visit. On a personal note, my husband became very ill (not anything to do with the property) , Mega and her staff were so understanding and thoughtful. Staff drove me to the chemist and then drove my husband to the Dr's. To top it off, it was my birthday on the Saturday, as i was having my meals in our apartment to be near my husband, the staff turned up with a beautiful birthday cake then sang happy birthday to me. I don't think we would get this outstanding treatment here in Australia. Do yourselves a favour and stay at this little resort.

  Perfect little hotel

  With only 5 rooms, this hotel is quiet and perfect for anyone wanting to stay on the beach. Staff are just beautiful and referred to me by name from day 1. Grounds are gorgeous, pool open 24 hours, and only two steps down to the beach. If your wanting to go out on a boat to fish, snorkel or see dolphins, one of their staff (Gede) has a boat directly in front of hotel. You can however walk out to the snorkeling area as its directly in front also. Rooms are very large and 3 of them have balcony/patio areas. Breakfast is just fantastic, and other meals are also good. Washing is done on site at a great price and they have a shuttle bus to drop guests off to places close by.

  Dolphin Beach is pure bliss

  We started our 1 month stay in Sri Lanka with 6 nights at this absolutely wonderful resort! The grounds are beautiful with golden sand and palm trees and the beach is pristine. The tents are cute and the decor lovely with nice details. The pool is cooling and the small size of the resort means you dont have to fight for sun beds! Best of all is the attentive and smiling staff, the sweet and personable manager, Pat, and the relaxed and friendly ambience of the place. We would love to come back anytime and will highly recommend Dolphin Beach!
