  Sweet little hotel

  This is a quaint little hotel that wraps around central "activity" area. In the middle of the hotel, there are two large pools, one Is deep and one is shallow for littles. The pool has a slide as well. It also has a little playground, badminton, hammocks, etc. The dining area is relaxing and open-air style. Many different foods offered from Western foods, Italian, Thai..with a variety of adult beverages and the prices are reasonable! Breakfast is solid with a pretty large selection. Its located directly across from the ocean. The hotel can arrange excursions to the National Park, but I found it slighly cheaper to plan on my own. Grab doesnt work in the area, so we paid 800 baht to be transferred via their taxi van to our next hotel in Hua Hin. The rooms are average, but for the price you cant beat it. We had two children with us and the room only came with a queen bed. We could have gotten them a bed brought into the room for 300 extra baht. The beds are older and a bit concave from age, but in the end, the kids has so much fun, it was the perfect place for us! The staff, especially in the restaurant, were unbelievably friendly! It was sad to leave.

  Perfect little paradise for families

  My new favourite place in Thailand! This is the perfect spot for families - quiet, safe and filled with things to occupy the kids. Staff are helpful and friendly and the whole place is comfy and clean.

  A lovely simple place for families

  My first time here and found the place to be lovely with friendly staff who are able to understand the needs of the guests. The hotel is right infront of the beach which is a great escape from the two pools. Rooms are nice and no frills but has the necessary amenities and requirements. Food is good at breakfast as well as the restaurant though i found a little on the high price (maybe it was after a while we went to a hotel after the lockdown); In terms of activities for the kids - apart from the pool, there is a nice sizeable lawn where the kids can play. Bicycles to rent and a lovely cycling path not far from the hotel.

  Lovely resort for kids

  Stayed here twice recently en route to and from Samui. Our kids absolutely loved it, and the grey weather did not put them off! Its great for parents as well, as the children can run around in the play area or use the pool slide and still be within sight. On our first stay, we chose a pool view bungalow which was fine for a family of four for one night. When we returned we chose a two bedroom room that opened up onto the garden and this was much more comfortable for a longer stay. Staff are friendly, mini bar prices very reasonable. One area for improvement could be the breakfast, which is not great - but to be fair its not bad. Evening meal menu is a bit limited, but food perfectly ok in the captive environment. In short, its not a luxury stay - but it is much more enjoyable stay than some of the child friendly high end resorts in the region. We spent some time at Sofitel Hua Hin afterwards, and Dolphin Bay has a much better atmosphere and value for money. We would likely come again to Dolphin Bay, just a shame its probably a little too far from Bangkok for a weekend.

  Retreat time

  Good place, Good service. The staff are ver friendly and have willing to serve their customer in better ways. The hotel foods are fresh and good. Hotel environment is so good. They have area for kids and also have kid play room.
