  Excelente!

  Nos encanto el hotel. Hermoso por el aspecto que se lo mire. Quiza lo unico que le falte sea un mas amplio servicio de comidas, que es un poco limitado. Igualmente el restaurante es hermoso y lo que hay, bueno. Lalimpieza, el cuidado de detalles y la amabilidad en la atencion son lo mas destacable. La zona tambien vale la pena para visitar ya que es muy lindo y muchas cosas para hacer. En especial visitar los parques Dollywood para los que hay transporte desde el hotel. Sin dudas, la proxima vez nos quedaremos mas tiempo

  Good but do not enforce mask mandate

  We really enjoyed our visit at Dreammore but the mask mandate is a joke. Employees did wear mask and correctly however guests were a very different story. I realized at breakfast that nearly no one except my group and the waitresses were wearing mask. With COVID as it is Im surprised the masks werent enforced more in public areas. Im a bit disappointed because I felt like my group had to hurry and eat etc to get our mask back on to protect ourselves. We were seated at least 6 ft apart in dining but still made me uneasy with unmasked folks walking by me and in the food line. The rooms were great except the pillows were very firm. Extremely clean and very friendly and attentive personal. The indoor pool was over run and you had to wait your turn. They gave people an hour at a time to swim then called/texted others who were waiting to get in due to the limit on the number of people allowed in at a time. I thought this was a good and fair way to do things except my kids were ran outta the pool by several older boys who were throwing balls and playing football all over the pool. No matter where in the pool our girls went they were afraid of getting hit or ran over so they eventually gave up and got out which made me aggravated that the others werent called down at all. Otherwise great stay

  Great promotion

  I am reviewing the restaurant and not the hotel as we live in Pigeon Forge and never stayed at the hotel. The restaurant is excellent. They are running special of barbeque or prime rib with all the sides. Highly recommend. Rating.. excellent.

  This place is so inconsistent. We rarely have our room ready for checkin by 4, but today when I had a sensory sensitive child in a uncomfortable pants tizzy, a man from housekeeping knocked and barged in when I said please wait very loudly. So my pants less child is traumatized. They were in a huge hurry to turn my room when I requested a late checkout at noon and it was 11:05. So the front desk called me to ask me to hurry and I was trying to get pants on my daughter still. I said I would get out if they could please quit interrupting. I canceled our reservations for the rest of the season. They have no loyalty program and the Hilton in Charlotte treats the homeless people in their garage better than we were treated today.

  First class hotel very friendly staff.

  We stayed at Dolly Partons, Dream More Hotel. It is first class all the way. All staff were wearing face mask and were very friendly. The room was great w overlooking the beautiful landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool, hot tub, several fire pits all surrounded by nice wooden chairs, nice tables and chairs around the pool and other areas, a kids pool and play ground. They have outside dinning available weather permitting. In the evenings you can seat around the fire and roast marshmallows and make smores. There is also an inside pool with lifeguard. They also have a great restaurant called the Song and Hearth. Normally they have a large selection of food set up buffet style with several different items. But due to COVID they have reduced their buffet menu and switched to a cafeteria style service. There is also a snack bar location for pastry, coffee, ice cream and other items. Due to COVID all of the elevators have small stands in them with tissues and a waste paper basket. The tissues are for use to press the buttons for the floor then disposal of in the waste paper can. They also have sanitizer available in several locations. Another bonus was all guests were provided with a certificate good for 35% off on all food in the restaurant and was able to be used several times during your stay. Definitely will return, this was our fourth stay.
