    Most unfriendliest staff ever

Arrived to the hotel, it was nice and clean and the pool was quiet. We were on a motorway 12 in a taxi and we couldnt walk but the hotel offered a free shuttle service. We booked it and everything was fine, the next night we booked again and were told it was running late - we waited. 45 mins later the receptionist was being very rude as again we wanted to wait for the shuttle we had been told it wasnt going to be too long. When the hotel manger, Vanessa, finally came to honour the shuttle service she was very angry - got into the car and almost hit us as she was reversing. Whenever we drove ya down she was driving very unsafe and professional - I was actually scared for my life. I asked if she was the manager to express my concerns but she just started yelling and screaming at me because I shouldnt be complaining about a free service. I paid to stay at the hotel - the service was offered to hotel occupiers therefore not really free. Unprofessional, downright rude and disgusting behaviour. Would not recommend to anyone and reading the reviews the hotel really need to fix the hotel staff.

    Cycling Tour

I cannot stop raving about our experience at this quaint little cycling hotel! Luca, Vanessa, & the rest of the family cater to all the details! Emmanuel runs the bike garage and has all types to choose from: Mountain, road, and e-bike. You send him your measurements and he sets it up for you. There are three guides to offer a different level of difficulty route each day. The food, oh the food! A great buffet breakfast to fuel your ride and then a post ride spread to recover! Dinner is spectacular with some of the old favorites mixed in with a different specialty each night. There are plenty of things to do close by for those non riders in the group, as well. At the dock in Peschiera Del Garda they can hop on the ferry and visit the beautiful little villages dotted along the lake. This is in the Valpolicella region so of course there is wine! Custoza from Gorgo, Bardolino, Ripasso and Amarone from Lenotti are a few of my favorites! There is also a theme park nearby called Gardaland but I did not feel it necessary to visit. There is so much natural beauty to enjoy as you hop on your bike to ride along the lake, the river, and through vineyards!

    Charming hotel with wonderful staff

We spent three nights with our two small children and my husband's family as part of a northern Italy trip. Our room, on the first floor, was renovated and very comfortable. The hotel is located in a green area with sprawling fields and bike paths. The walk to downtown Peschiera is about 1.5 km and there are no sidewalks, but a short taxi ride costs about 10-12 Euro, and the hotel also has a shuttle service at set times. As far as things to do on the premises, there is a well-maintained outdoor pool, and the hotel also has a small office that rents out bikes and gear and from which you can hire a biking guide. The hotel offers a nice breakfast, which costs a small additional fee and includes eggs, bacon, fruits, breads, cereals, desserts , juice and coffee. The staff at the hotel was very knowledgeable and helpful, and gratefully also kid-friendly, taking in stride our mess under the table after breakfast. In sum - a lovely stay.

    Very hospitable and friendly

This was my second visit to Peschiera del Garda. I prefer staying in smaller, family-run hotels, and I was not disappointed. The staff was very personable and responsive, the food excellent, and my room comfortable. We continue to communicate and I plan to return in Spring. Thank you, Luca and family.
