relaxing and nice placeIt is a perfect place to go walking, cycling, have a good rest during holidays. The village is pretty. The hotel is well located, in a quiet place away from roads but at walking distance from the village centre. The hotel is decorated in the tyrolian fashion and is very cosy. The staff is extemely kind and the services are impeccable. The swimming pool and the welness centre are very well maintained by a lady professional and helpful. The meals are home made and tasty. The only thing I did not like was not because of the hotel but rather some clients with children shouting, crying....ill bred. Most clients had several children because it is very family oriented.

Great family hotelOverall this is a great hotel in terms of facilities for families and for children. The location is good, near Moena city center. The only fault I found is the quality of the restaurant; we opted for half-board and I found the quality of the food relatively poor in terms of flavour and quality of the ingredients.

Totally ok, wonderful guide BrianA totally ok decent clean isch hotell. Nice personel, not the best English but great breakfast and coffee. Owned by an Italian lady who wasn't very friendly at all...rather the opposite, however the rest of the staff was very sweet and friendly. The hotel is quite loud and you can hear if anyone sneezes downstairs since the doors are not fitted that well. They did have a mosquito box you can plug into the outlet, kept the mosquitos away all night. We were extremely lucky to have a wonderful driver, Brian, that took us from colombo to trincomale by car. He was super knowledgeable about all the areas along the 6.5h drive. He showed us different trees, plants and animals. He also took us on an elephant safari where the elephants roam free. Very nice! Also went in to a batik shop, a great restaurant and had some local snacks on the way, Buffalo curd, yuuuuummy! He was also able to tell us about about Sri Lankan history, religions, costumes and shared alot about his life and family. If you need a driver he is your guy, so helpful, knowledgeable, sweet and caring. He also owns a tour company where he is a guide, would highly recommend his services. He speaks perfect English!

Organization, quality and friendliness at sustainable pricesSpacious rooms, warm and professional welcome, impeccable cleanliness, great and various food, great bar service, small but well-organized SPA area. The TINA CLUB is well organized. The only flaw: there is no gym

Excellent Family HotelFor the fourth year in a row, my children asked to return to this hotel, especially due to the cosy atmosphere and wonderful kids entertainment staff. It is privately owned and managed by an Italian family. They do strive to accomodate clients' needs. Generally, don't expect luxury but you may expect comfort and a warm welcoming atmosphere, especially for kids, while the SPA services are high-end standards. They generally improve year on year, evidently investing part of their profits. While in the past years some of the hotel facilities were improved, this year I found the food quality and service enhanced. The kids club is run from morning to evening, allowing even a single parent with more than one child (like me) to rest and enjoy the holiday. Indeed, the ski school program is organised for the hotel and in coordination with the kids entertainment club, so that kids may be delivered by the club staff to the ski instructors and back - this is very convenient in case parents wish to ski or rest away from the children. While most clients are Italian and you will find a typical Italian atmosphere, there are also foreigners, including usually from UK, Germany, East European countries and Russia. I have been going there from London and certainly plan to return. If you are looking for a family hotel to ski and/or enjoy the mountain, well organised around the children's needs, this is the place.
