  The best holiday for us. Everything was ok, clean rooms , so much very delicious food and the best animation team. It was our first holiday in djerba and we had really nice time. Staff in hotel is smiled every time and we are happy for our choice of hotel.

  Very sad vacation in Djerba Holiday Beach Hotel

  Reluctant service, everyone is waiting for tips. The worst was dining, at lunch or dinner it was almost impossible to find a tidy table. The waiter refused to set table for us several times and sent us to other place. We had to beg for cutlery. The food was fine, but most of the time there was not water, or out of cola or beer. A nice and clean pool unfortunately all the sun loungers occupied by a towel. The pool bar serves drinks in small glasses or plastic cups. Entry to the beach across the road, great sea and nice sand beach, unfortunately full of horses and camels with an offer for a ride, for which they want to pay twice (before and after). Dishonesty at every step. Not 4* hotel at all. "All inclusive" - you have to fight with others guests for anything you pay for. Or you can pay for nadstandard - better coffee, fresh juice, or give some money to the waiter for better table and to be kind to you. Dont left any money in the room on the table only if you want to left some tip for cleaning staff to do it better and dont want to wait for clean towels to the afternoon. Djerba was beautifull, but not at this hotel.

  Awful experience

  The place is not worthy to be called a hotel for the following reasons: -The staff is very rude; you could notice their unfriendliness since the reception. -The establishment is indescribably filthy; the rooms are dirty and reek of bad smells. -The food is bad to say the least, and the choice is very poor. -The service is awful overall

  Worst staff ever

  Ive been to this hotel long time ago where I had one of the worst , if not the worst experience ever ! Ive been to not least than 80 hotels around the world due to my job description , and by far this staff was the worst . From waiters to security to supervisors and which chocked me , the director . My best friend went to this hotel by mistake this august , and had a worse experience that I had. It chocked me that when I complained I was not heard but my friend was even thrown out of the hotel for complaining that a waitress had a finger bleeding while serving them (even through these tough times of COVID-19) , I thought after years they will at least get a bit professional and better , I was wrong ! I was and I still am disappointed , and I dont see any change soon , for that if a hotel director is unprofessional, how do you expect staff to be better and deliver a better service ? As if we dont pay for the stay ... DISGUSTING! I highly NOT recommend.

  Bad one

  I do not recommend that hotel. The beach is not private and everyone can come there because there is a public bar next to hotel bar. The beach is very dirty, a lot of horses, camels and dogs. The food is not so bad but very repetitive so if you come for 2 weeks you will get bored with that. The pool is quite nice, large and deep. There is a bar in lobby and in the pool. Coctails and other drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic and rather good. The staff is mostly friendly i polite with the guests but some of them are lazy. And the worst thing there is animation team. They do not organise many activities. I am here for more than 1 week and since that there was aqua gym just 2-3 times and 3-4 times darts. Boccia is 1 or 2 times a day and that is all during the day. The night show is not very good also. Generally speaking they are all very lazy and most of them drink alcohol in work. They come to tourists and push them to take alco from bar for them. I talked to the manager about that but it did not help so dont think that you can change anything
