  Very tired in need of a clean and refurbish

  Booked a tower twin room for 2 adults & 2 children. Check in process fast and smooth. Very limited onsite parking. The room was of a small size with 2 double rather than 2 queen beds. Very dated with bedspreads that need a good clean. The bathroom is tiny dated. The plastic surround on the toilet cistern buttons was cracked and broken. Shower water pressure is terrible and the shampoo and conditioner from the previous guest was not removed. Aside from the outlet for the kettle/jug the only powerpoints were under the bedside table which was a bit awkward to access. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the manager friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel needs a throughly good clean inside and out, the tattered New Zealand flag hanging out the front sets the tone for a hotel that needs some time and money spent on it.

  Best night sleep

  The room was lovely. Both my colleague and I who both stayed there on business commented on how comfortable the bed was. Slept like a baby. Highly recommend. We also enjoyed a nice meal in the evening and breakfast was good too.

  Room was good

  I stayed over team champs weekend and the room was good and the bed was so good and the bathroom was a good size and the buffet breakfast was so good and will definitely stay again but in a different room

  Business hotel in great central location

  A fine place to stay when you have business meetings in Palmerston North with its central location I was able to walk to most of my meetings. Very handy to lunch and dinner locations as well. Cuba St is rather quiet at night and my room was not road facing so I slept well. Comfortable room with all facilities clean and operational. Breakfast at Nosh is as good as any though a barista coffee should be included in the price of the cooked buffet breakfast. Wifi was excellent everywhere in the hotel.

  Excellent Overnight Stay - Recommend

  Fab, quiet location steps away from cafes, restaurants and shops. Free secure parking. We had an older style room, was a bit dated but spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and had super blackout curtains. Shower was over a bath with a curtain. Price point of $153 (booking.com) was on par with the room and cheaper to book online than through the hotel. Staff were awesome. Was able to park early and check in a tad earlier. They even found a phone charger for me when I forgot mine. Thanks guys, would stay again.
