  Fantastic place

  I've stayed there for 3 months and will be back there for work next month So and the team could not be more helpful and friendly. Great cabins kept super clean and the beds are soooo comfy. Laundry is good value and the birds and rabbits are a joy to watch

  Location is fine but a worn out cabin.

  The cabin I was in was old and worn out, and not as described during my phone enquiry. The sliding door runners broke so it was difficult to use the door, however the owners did get it fixed quickly, so thanks for that. Location is handy to town without being right in the middle of things. The owners or managers were friendly and told me the cabins were to be completely refurbished over summer so credit to them for that. If the cabins are getting worked on I'll be happy to return again.

  Small but functionable

  Stayed here for work for 1 night, this Park obviously uses Bore water as it had an odd smell and task, didn't make the morning coffee taste right and showering was not pleasant due to smell, the room although small had a Queen bed and a single. It had a Microwave, cook top/grill and all the usual crockery and cutlery. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. The intenet was hit and miss, this may be due to the location of the cabin ( cabin 2 )

  Good Value

  The small cabin offers outdoor seating. The inside has cooking facilities, a twin bed and a double bed, and a kitchenette. The laminate on the counters is peeling. The bathroom has a shower but no tub.

  UNDISCOVERED LITTLE GEM OF A PLACE

  My husband and I booked in to a powered site to stay for one night. Our only regret?? We did not leave more time to stay longer. We requested a site as close as possible to the Camp Kitchen/BBQ Area and as close as possible to the amenities block. Could not have gotten closer to either if we had tried. The shower block, while dated, was immaculately clean, the toilets were spotless and the showers were amazing. The water temperature and pressure were better than I have in my own home. I did not see one bit of rubbish or mess in the whole park. Special mention to Paige who runs the park with 3 other people. NOTHING was too much trouble for her, and she is a genuinely lovely lady. She says she started off as the cleaner at the park and now runs it. Her attention to detail shows. While I did not use the laundry, I did check it out and it was the same as the shower block. Clean as a whistle. There is a petrol station across the road for milk, bread, pies or snacks, and there is a bus service to town just outside the park. Being only about 2kms or 1.3 miles to the centre of Casino, it is even a distance that is walkable. Plenty of birds to be seen, and we even scored a visit from a green tree frog. The roads in the park could use a little updating, but I am sure post COVID with more people staying and boosting profits, this will be attended to. Cannot recommend this park more. It is lovely. Will definitely be revisiting.
