  Disappointed

  Been staying here for over 20 years and was disappointed with how the park is being maintained. Think twice about going here now and will try the other park next time. Over reaction to Covid with everything basically shut, why take camping bookings at all as even the outdoor area was disgustingly dirty. Toilet paper wasn't restocked even though most were locked and no heating in bathroom. Other parks have some facilities available even with covid

  Hired a boat from Jerry

  My wife and I hired a boat for a few hours from Jerry. She and her team could not have been more helpful or more hospitable. I cannot recommend it enough and its very reasonable priced. Jerry, if you are reading this, I brought the boat back 45 mins late and probably owe you money!

  Excellent accommodation.

  Stayed here 3 nts in one of the Deluxe 2 bedroom cabins sleeping up to 6! Very roomy, extremely clean with everything you need including washing machine &Dryer, even a dishwasher for an easier life. All beds extremely comfortable with nice crisp linen and snow white towels. Situated about 3 minutes past town centre with easy access to the whole Snowy Mountain region. Highly recommend with staff always available to help even through they have a contact less office but a phone call is all that's needed to have someone on your door step. This is situated right on Lake Jindabyne a must stay if in the area.

  New cabins were great.

  Our first visit to the area in Summer and we really enjoyed it. Whilst the park itself was very quiet, the new 2 bedroom cabins with the fire place were awesome for a family. Everything in the cabin was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfy and we really liked that a lot of features of the cabin were well designed for visitors including storage for bikes. We did note a few maintenance issues but were confident that once we let staff know that it will be fixed promptly. The park itself could do with some extra attention with a lot of the older cabins and permanent sites looking very tired with weeds growing out of the gutters, some new paint needed and gardens in need of some love. Staff were helpful and very friendly whilst trying their best to maintain social distancing. Covid meant that some things were locked off including the spas, outside chess and some other rooms but the jumping pillow was still going much to the pleasure of the kids. Being right on the water was great and we made use of the boat hire which the family definitely enjoyed. We would definitely consider returning in the future although it would depend on the price. This park has so much potential, the new cabins are great. We really hope to see the park improved further in the future.

  Loved the Accommodation

  Great Location with very comfortable Stay. Close proximity to Various Alpine location along with lot of activities to keep you busy or relax in your accommodation. Very Clean and good facilities within the park and the Cabin. Loved the time spent will definitely return back.
