Xmas-new year tripHotel was cozy and comfortable, very convenient location, just 10 mins walk away from sisowath quay. Not much of a view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread satisfactory. Stay was very pleasant (2 nights)

Great place, little bit away from the main tourist areaI'm a big fan of the boutique hotels, staff always seem great, they are kept tidy and well presented. This was our first hotel we stayed at in Cambodia and it was great, we arrived early due to flight times and not expecting to be able to check in we had planed to store our gear and head off exploring but the lovely staff at reception quickly offered us a cool drink of juice while they checked to see if our room was ready, it was only about 10 am so we were shocked and happily surprised when they said our room was ready. This was great as it gave us some time to catch up on some missed sleep from an overnight flight. Breakfast would have to have been the best we had in Cambodia, fruit nice deserts, hot buffet and you even order western or Asian breakfast made to order. We didn't dine here of an evening but did have snack food at the roof top pool and bar area. Pool was small, more an oversized jacuzzi really but it was nice and was always cool. Location was not always the best but was still walking distance to the main river area (crossing the roads was always fun), not far to the royal palace, museum and main city attractions. There were a few restaurants near by and a awesome little Indian/Nepalese place just over the road, always plenty of tuk tuks just out the front of the hotel to take you where you need to go if you want to walk, we walked most places as it was generally quicker than tuk tuk cause of the terrible traffic. We did use the same guy to take us out to the killing fields and prison as well as back to the airport. Not too badly priced but was more than the sign in the hotel said it should be but he was nice so we didn't mind paying a bit more. All in all very nice place that isn't too far out of the way and not badly priced

Value for money on a promotional dealI had a really low price promotional offer at this hotel (preciously named Queen's Boutique) which influenced my rating to 4 out of 5. Great value for money at this rate for my stay of three nights. The breakfast was adequate with sufficient variety from freshly cooked eggs if ordered and fresh fruit. It was located within walking distance to the tourist spots and restaurants. The room was spacious and quiet but there was no interesting view from the window, the wifi worked and so did the air-conditioning. The receptionists knew sufficient English to communicate effectively. The cons were a leaking wash basin which the plumber tried to fix unsuccessfully and a partly jammed wardrobe which was not fixed. However these did not affect my use of the room in a major way.

Ok for a night but very small double bedsWe booked a room for our family of 4 and initially received a room with 1big bed but then we're only able to switch into a room with 2 (almost single) beds. Very close quarters for 2 kids and 2 adults. Staff were very unaccommodating, didn't seem to know much about the hotel or surrounding area and not friendly or helpful..very odd for Cambodia! It is an ok hotel but definitely wouldn't stay there for more than a night.

Still great hotel for a great priceCame for a night in slept with a very comfy bed and the AC is great since its hot out in PP. The decor is still decent since it changes name (used to be call Queen Boutique Hotel) but the front entrance could be better clean up. Walking in have many broken glasses and the restaurant beside it still looks quite dirty.
