  Great place

  A very nice hotel to stay in. Great food and the staff is great. The rooms are very clean and has a lot of room. It is very convenient travel around the city close to other venues if you choose to go anywhere else.

  Very nice place, watch out for rate change

  My wife and I stayed one night Diamondjacks Bossier City for the first time. It was very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our A/C unit was a bit noisy. After we checked out, our card was charged a different rate than what I had reserved it for. I tried multiple attempts to call to find out the discrepancy but who handles this is never in the office and does not return respond to messages left by voicemail.

  Stay

  Best deal in Bossier City. Room was nice and beds comfortable. I had 2 minor problems. Room key quit working and was told to get at end of long time to rekey. When rekeyed still didnt work so repairman promptly came to room and put batteries in door then no problem. Next morning coffee pot not working. Repairman came and fixed within 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff so friendly. Had a great stay.

  Very disappointing stop on vacation!

  Rooms were very cheap for the beginning of the week which was cool but when we made it to the rooms we got they were dirty. Went back down to the front desk and they gave us another set of rooms which was again still dirty with no sheets and smelt of weed. They finally got us clean rooms on the third try. And didnt even comp us anything. Will never try them again.

  How are they not embarrassed?

  My bf and I just arrived 20 min ago and really wish we could leave because I'm not sure this place even has housekeeping. It is so filthy, we decided to wait and shower and a nearby friend's in the morning and don't really want to sleep under the sheets. There is make-up on the pillow case, which was turned inside out as if that hid it. There's about 20 cigarette holes in the drapes that are about to fall off on one end. There is cigarette ash all in the drawers and some sticky green substance coating the bottom of the refrigerator. The AC filter has a fur coat of dust clearly visible by just walking by. The exhaust vent in the bathroom is covered in dust and hanging off, dangling by a single screw and fully exposing the duct. The walls are damaged and there's a hole punched through the bathroom door. There was trash left in the freezer. There are no full size pillows and no coverlet on the bed, just sheets. There are only two towels that look straight from a mop bucket, somewhere and some sort of brown spots on the bottom of the tub. The floor has not been swept and ther is a layer of dust on pretty much everything. There is also a dirty sock behind the door in the bathroom. Oh, look, a complimentary handsoap! Way to earn that one star since I can't rate zero. No surprise that the only thing in the room in unspoiled, unused condition is the SOAP! I have so mamy more pictures than I'm allowed to post, here.
