  Sleepless night, amazing noisy

  My feelings are quite mixed. The room cost only with discounts couple of euros, so for that price the hotel and room looked pretty nice. It was clean and bathroom is fair enough with hot shower. This could be a perfect spot for one night stay on the way to the Perhentian Islands. But the soundproof is so awful that it was impossible to sleep even a minute during whole night. You are able to hear everything from neighbour rooms and it is not that nice. Anyway it wasnt even the worse part because there is soundproof neither on windows and one of the main roads pass the hotel. There were heavy traffic noises until three oclock at night. It sound kind of hot rod and volume were massive.

  Clean, Good Location But No Toilet Paper in Room / So-So Breakfast

  Rooms are clean and its a within walking distance of everything downtown including the bus station. Wi-Fi also worked well in the room. However, they dont provide any toilet paper in the room but they do give small shampoo and soap bottles. Theres also no kettle in the room to make hot water. Breakfast consists of toasts, juice/coffee and some almost uneatable rice / chicken. Had stayed in a nearby guesthouse (private A/C room) for the first two nights and this place was not much more expensive and a little more comfortable (at least there was no mosquitoes and the hot water worked).

  Good

  The staff is friendly.. You can make them as friend.. They provide a breakfast.. Nasi lemak is very good.. My cousin love it.. Me too.. Room is good but the size is small... But it's okey with the price.. The view is kptm... Restaurant is beside the hotel if you don't want to go out... Parking is easy.. Good.. Keep it up... I will repeat if I go there...

  Nice place to stay

  It a nice hotel that i enjoyed to stay. It it family budget hotel which meet my expectation. I book this hotel for short vacation in kota bharu via online booking. The price for 1 room per night was affordable and cheap. The room was ok but if there was no wardrobe it could be more better. It situated nearby with eatery place, shopping mall and pasar siti khadijah. The staff is friendly and the hotel also provide breakfast.The toilet is clean and the room is tidy. I enjoy to stay here.

  NIce location, nice staff, but really nothing that stands out and makes this place any different than any other hotel in the area. Breakfast was really mediocre so if I had it to do again I'd go out on the street for breakfast.
