  A simple vista parece un hotel sencillo pero al entrar a las habitaciones todo cambia, las suites son bastante amplias y tienen tina de hidromasage, el baño tiene adornos muy bonitos y los empleados son muy amables, sobre todo el empleado del turno de la noche, siempre amigable y dispuesto a ayudar. Esta ubicado en el corazon de Francavilla donde sucede toda la accion nocturna pero a su vez es bastante tranquilo ya que el ruido no penetra con facilidad a las habitaciones. Le doy un 10!!

  Disappointing based on rating

  We were disappointed in the hotel after reading such good reviews. The bathroom was very small and the shower leaked a very large amount of water all over the floor. It was quite warm and the room had an air conditioner but no means of turning it on, no remote was supplied. As a result we opened the shutters to let air in and the room was extremely noisy. Street sweepers and leaf blowers at 2am on top of the normal street noise.

  Familiar and comfortable!

  I spent there a week and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were perfect, not too ornamented but just simple, with everything you need, and everything you could wish for! If you walk 2 minutes you'll arrive to the private beach of the hotel, really beautiful. There you will be able to swim in the Adriatic Sea! The service was just great. Everything you'd ask for they'd try to help you and everything you needed they would give it to you! It was very familiar! I would totally recommend you this hotel if you're planning to stay in Pescara, Francavilla or somewhere near. PS: Don't forget to eat Rosticcini!!

  Hotel one block from the beach

  We were invited to a wedding nearby and the family put us up for a few days at this hotel. The hotel is very sweet and its looks very cute; its staff and services are great. It is rather small and while it is one block away from the beach, and faces the beach, all of the rooms have balconies (from what I could tell) that face the sides; in addition, at least on our side, there was another building right next to us so our views were of another building - more residential scenery than anything touristy. The room was fine, nothing special but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, was more special with the shower having these jets from two sides. Any request we had was dealt with immediately, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was delicious, and definitely more of an American kind than the smaller Italian version ;) For somebody used to just a huge hotel - like Las Vegas or Cancun style, etc., - this hotel will be very different, and if huge and "destination"-style is your style, then this hotel may be underwhelming. If you are not looking for your hotel to be a part of your actual tourist trip, then it's a friendly, cute little place that I recommend. Francavilla in general is not a tourist destination like Rome or Tuscany, for example, so the amenities are different. The hotels mostly reflect this, by not being the type of 5*star destinations that you would travel specifically just to stay in; they are more relaxed and low-key destinations that are pleasant and close to the activities you want to do in the area.

  Nice hotel in front of the beach

  This hotel is located in front of the beach. Clean rooms , Nice (continental) breakfast, Good bed, Every room has a balcony and also airco.. if you're lucky you'll get a free parking as Well at the hotel.
