Not 3 star at allLanded late on a Friday night and it was dead, there was a man to check us in and then to tell us there would be no food or snacks available, the bar was also shut after managing to sort some beers and peanut type things as it was so late we called it a night. The room was well, pretty horrendous tbh, not bothered about things being old or the decoration not being modern but the bed had stains on and my pillow smelt of someone elses BO and my friend is allergic to feathers so he went to get some spare pillows and they didnt have any and said theyd sort it by tomorrow. We were so tired we just went to bed hungry and uncomfortable. First morning we realised how utterly terrible the shower was and shower room was. The shower was built for someone at least 8ft so went straight over our heads the shower curtain barely came below my hips, the towel rail was broken off, there was no toilet roll. The door didnt lock, the floor had other peoples hair on it and was just in-general dirty, we put up with it expecting the room to get cleaned in the day. Went and got some food and it was tittering on the edge of being inedible, I ate veggie all week as the look of the meat and such was knocking me a little bit. All the drinks were watered down, they wouldnt serve shots and could get more than two drinks per person at a time and being in a group meant that we all had to get them individually, and I know not all of these sound a lot but from a three star, all inclusive hotel you kind of expect more. They had a pool table next to the pool, which required euros to use, so went to the bar to get some and they had 3. Now there wasnt just a pool table there was others type of arcade like games all requiring euros, so you would think they would have enough to facilitate the use of the games provided. The pool was clean, and there was plenty of sun beds. Got back to the room that night expecting fresh bedding and nothing at been touched. Couple of days pass and my friend finally gets some bone feather pillows but they were off a sofa, we eventually found a cleaner who told us she cant clean our room without being told by reception, so eventually four days into the holiday our room was cleaned. On this day we went to complain and considering it was cheap we were willing to put up with a lot before even considering complaining but after talking to another group there we decided that it was definitely worth it as wed heard other people getting some money back, which wasnt even really what we were going for we wanted them to realise that it wasnt acceptable, Speaking to the owner was useless, either it was a language barrier or just complete denial, but she wasnt understanding what we were trying to say, in the end we left it and were glad when we flew out. Just a side note anyone going to Faliraki around this time just know the nights out or dead the place is abandoned and everything shuts at 12 but the sun is nice and the drinks are cheap.

Fantastic Friendly HotelTravelled to Rhodes late September 2020. The hotel was amazing. The owners and staff were absolutely brilliant. They could not do enough for you. Rooms were very clean and the restaurant and bar areas were fabulous. The pool was well maintained. OK we did go towards the end of the season so it was quieter than usual but that's how we like it - a chance to chill and enjoy the sun. They offered a free bus service to and from the beach but it was only a 15min walk anyway. I would recommend Diagoras to anyone who wants to have a nice chilled holiday. Well George and the team - see you again next year
