  Excellent and modern apartments. Our room was spacious, well designed, excellent kitchen and bathroom and laundry and even had a faux log fireplace. Only two criticisms...TV was not Smart and cleaning staff need to improve their efficiency.. dirty dishes and upholstery.

  Dont stay here!

  4 nights with NO services for more than $900.oo. 1 small piece of soap, 1 coffee pod for the Nespresso machine! are they joking? Small thin towels, noisy A/C, a lift only for use by staff and we were 2.5 floors up!! An iron that once warm shorted the power, and ironing board that had no padded liner, and the board itself was dangerous and would not lock properly. Balcony door would not open. Really nice building. Really terrible equipment. No services at all in 4 nights! Stay away!

  Stay elsewhere

  We decided to visit to support regional Victoria after the COVID-19 disruption. The accomodation was a huge disappointment. Heating not working in the middle of a Victorian winter. The promised replacement heating failed to arrive. We were told Kmart had sold out! Paid additional for a balcony room however the door to the balcony didnt open. Two televisions but only one remote. Attempts to solve these issues failed due to inadequate staffing. We wont be back

  Lovely Hotel ... Just One Thing

  This hotel was great (including the price) the only thing that let it down was the cleanliness. We travelled as a family and booked a standard two bedroom and were upgraded to a room with a fire place. Other reviews were correct the reception is not manned at all times, however when called they were very attentive and helpful. The facilities in the room were very comfortable however not the cleanest. I had to wipe the kitchen over before we used it and my son spilt food on the floor and when I cleaned the floor with a wipe it was black. The shower and stains on the furniture were not the best either.

  Dont expect to be impressed

  The sell on these apartments was huge. However, the delivery is not quite there. We believed we had paid extra to book a 1 bedroom with a gas fire. However, we checked int to find there was no fire. So I queried with the front desk (Dont expect there to be people available at the desk. Often there is no one there). Apparently that apartment can have a balcony or a gas fire. We got the balcony - not what we were expecting. So be careful when you book. Next we wanted to cook our dinner (given these are apartments). The induction cooktop would not work and kept turning off. Off course no further instructions in the apartment. So back to the unoccupied front desk. Eventually they came to check. Suggested that we try another pot (good luck there - there was only 1 pot). Then found that 1 of the cooktop positions was not working. Next saga the microwave. Fancy, grill, convection & microwave. But, as a microwave it was useless. Took 2 times longer than a normal microwave to heat anything. The apartment itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. But don't expect everything to be 5 star - as advertised
