  Uncomfortable guest

  We stayed in 305. It is a great location great beach access. wonderful view from the balcony. Close to a lot of activities. But...you know I love the vintage feel, but it really was uncomfortable to live on. Living room and dining room furniture was not very friendly. Beds were ok. King size had a foam cover which was soft. Two doubles in other room looked to be new. But beds were also old and creeky. Not enough supplies. If they want the dishes washed they should have enough dishwasher soap and trash bags for your stay. They are not expensive and would go along way for the convenience to the guests. Towels were soft but no wash rags. We stayed 10 days and I seen someone in the office once or twice when I needed someone no one was there. Washer and dryer are outside and coin operated. We mostly came for the beach so it was a fun vacation!! There are too many choices not to have a comfortable stay. Hope they will replace the furniture and leave more supplies.

  Family vacation

  We have stayed here before several years ago. Great view. Location convenient to all restaurants and fun places for kiddos. Pool great. The ramps to the beach very good for people with handicapped needs. The walk out to the beach shorter than most. Our unit was nice definitely could use a few updates but sufficient and we had a wonderful time and definitely would go there again.

  Nice

  I too appreciate the vintage feel of 305. But... the living room furniture definitely needs replacing. The owner tried replacing cushions but the old wicker frames are finished. It was over all perfect location and clean enough. Just the right size for our group of 4. The washer & dryer outside our apartment was somewhat inconvenient. I would stay here again!

  UNIT 403

  This unit was absolutely NASTY and infested with ROACHES!!!!!!! Beds were Horrible!!! Couch was outdoor patio furniture with 3 flat cushions!!!! Had carpet in bedrooms so no telling how many roaches we did not see and couldnt even think about it!!!! When contacted Emerald Coast Vacation Rental who manages unit and they came with a $8 can of raid from Lowes and it did NOTHING!!!! Staff was rude and simply did NOT care!!! Pick a different complex all together or you will NOT enjoy your vacation!!!
