  Higher expectations...because of the "Design".

  The room is decorated quite colourfully... But it's fairly small overall...Shower, toiler and sink only. No bath/shower combo. The bottle of water in the room... comes with a pricey tag of 7... I left it for the next guest(s)... Free WiFi was adequate though not secure. Breakfast... There is no table service... Good if you know that in advance... so you don't waste your time waiting... Buffet style...streaky bacon, (very salty) Nuernberger mini bratwursts, scrambled egg/boiled egg. The croissants, crusty rolls(seeded and plain) were not that fresh- I thought. Plenty of other choice: cereals, (fruity) yoghurts/quark, cold meats, cheeses and even fish. Coffees and juices are available from the "machines"...you have to go and get them yourselves.

  Will NOT be back!

  Rude staff at check in, who ignore you then chat and giggle as you walk off to your room. Confirmed early check in, this wasnt available. The rooms were too hot with no AC. The hallways were not furnished with patchy paint on the walls, exposed wires and damaged carpets. The bar food is pizza and nothing else. The bar serves two beers on draft, one wasnt available. My room wasnt cleaned once in the 4 nights I stayed here. The bed pillows are basically useless. The hotel location is in a run-down part of the town. The only pluses, its close to the Messe and the beds were comfy.

  Very quiet hotel

  This hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access to the train station by subway (direct line). The hotel is a congress center, so it would probably not be my first choice for a family vacation. For business trips, however, I can only recommend it. My room had a view on a field (which was quite amazing, I even saw a stork!), and was the most quiet I ever had in a hotel for a very long time. This was absolutely perfect as I had to get some work done. Breakfast was the classical buffet (bread, ham, sausages, eggs, cheese, fruits). The hotel has a lot of space for meetings and small group discussions. From the hotel start several small paths going to the fields, which are perfect for running or simply walking.

  OK hotel, but rooms not for everyone

  Stayed here because I had to visit a congress in Hannover. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Somehow the hotel feels like it is trying to be more than it really is. The rooms are size-wise ok, but the decor is is just loud and not to everyone's taste. It surely wasn't mine! Distance to the Hannover congress is decent. I probably would go with this hotel if having to go to the congress again. Aside from that, on a private trip I would go someplace else.

  never again

  I hate hotels which have an early check out politic, & who insist on that. After a long day of work we arrived at 1 in the night to check in & were unpleasantly informed that we had to leave at 11am. The receptionist could not change that at that time of the night. We thought we could talk with the desk the morning after to have at least one hour more, but they stayed unfriendly & stubborn. Apart from this, the hotel has a very cold vibe with a sense of design which just says "you're definitely not at home" & the rooms are small.
