  Loved it. Shared bathroom was the only con. Midsize room had a private 1/2 bath but the shower area was shared w/ others

  Service was great. We were able to check in early with advance notice. Glad that our kayaking trip was cancelled and we got to have a relaxing breakfast and get recommendations from other couples at the table.

  Lovely B&B

  Owner pays close attention to details. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast each day was was delicious and and s nice surprise to have more than just toast and cereal. Good location to National Parks & Sedona. Dont pass up this gem, well kept property with very helpful, wonderful owners. Will definitely be back.

  A Comfortable Oasis Close to Sedona

  I stayed here pretty much by accident because all the affordable places in Sedona were booked and boy am I glad that I did. It was lovely. It's quiet and comfortable. There are llamas outside. They cook breakfast for you in the morning and it's delicious. Also the other guests were really nice. It's very close to Sedona and more peaceful when Sedona is busy. It's like a 5-10 minute drive to Sedona (I drive kinda fast). There is a shared bathroom for some of the rooms and at first I thought that was going to be terrible, but it actually was absolutely fine. It's super clean and close by. I can't recommend this place enough. I have stayed twice and will stay again. The owners are so cool and nice and welcoming. It's way better than a hotel!

  Great relaxing spot and treated real well

  Cosy Cottonwood retreat. Meeting other people may not be your thing while spending quiet time away but it sure is interesting and met some good people. Taken real good care of and the food is wonderful for breakfast.

  Not what we expected Not at all as mentioned in the reviews! We stopped to check in and couldnt get out fast enough! It was nothing like the pictures posted! the property looked more like a junk yard old vehicles, buses, motorcycles some in various stages of disassembly !
