  Expected Better

  Spent the weekend at the resort and have a few positives and negatives: POSITIVES: The suite was large, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Really liked having a full-size refrigerator and dishes/glasses. The beds were very comfortable - can't say the same about the sofa - really hard and slippery. It needs updated upholstery . NEGATIVES: The TV in the main room wouldn't work. I should be able to turn it on and get regular TV - not have to use the QR code to connect to thy phone. After two calls to the front desk and two visits from the maintenance staff, the TV finally worked but it was Saturday night. That's not acceptable. Another negative was the pool situation. The resort has a very small pool for the size of the resort. They also have a GIANT pond with fountain in the center of the property. You should consider making that an ADULT ONLY pool and letting families with kids use the small pool. We were overwhelmed with little kids and parents with food and boomboxes. No one from the resort seemed to care. We did - babies with diapers in that small pool and absolutely no one wearing masks, which, considering the size of the pool area, should have been required. Lastly, please update the rooms to have USB outlets somewhere in the suite. This should be standard and we were constantly looking for outlets to pug in our devices For the cost of the suite, we expect a better resort experience. Beds were comfortable though..

  Oasis in the desert

  Super friendly and helpful staff. Observed COVID protocols, cleaned pool deck, chairs daily. Grounds were well maintained. We had a nice remodeled 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen, patio with table and gas grill.

  Wonderful and relaxing

  I needed a change of scenery during the pandemic and decided to take a quick trip to Palm Springs. The Desert Isle was clean, beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The villa was very large, had a full kitchen, 2 baths, and a ton of closet space. Everything was clean, clean, clean and up to COVID standards. Staff was helpful and having food delivered to the resort was not a problem. I would definitely recommend Desert Isle to my friends and I would definitely stay there again.

  Perfect Palm Springs Getaway!

  Stayed here 5 days four nights for a quiet long weekend with my boyfriend. Staff was amazing, allowed early check in without hesitating to accommodate our earlier flight in, room was spacious cozy and clean. Full kitchen had all the basic essentials and the Weber grill on the private patio was perfect for an evening grilling in! Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Great location(walking distance to groceries, across the street from Walgreens) and peaceful relaxing atmosphere with the type of other guests who make you feel welcome. For our next trip to Palm Springs we will definitely be back!
