  Not good

  After few years not visit this place, on this June 2016, i bring all my families for celebratey my birthday. But i disappoint with their service. No soups available, also no chicken available, and.... you can only order watermelon juice. Very dusty almost every corners. Finally... Only CASH they accept. No credit card and no debit card.. Oh my God!!

  Lots of improvements required

  Spending 2D-1N with group of around 70 people. These are what happened : 1) No tissue / napkin in dinning room 2) One bedroom has a caterpillar underneath the bed sheet. 3) we booked several rooms, in 2-3 rooms aircon not working, reported to front office 17:00PM, asking for room exchange, 23:00 PM they were still preparing the new rooms. 4) Food too salty 5) No staff is stand by to for service in front desk of Alun2 Gumati, if there were one, they do not know what to do.

  Don't!

  Been here for a company meeting. The place was really difficult to find with a small muddy path and minimum lighting, I got lost twice before finally arrived at the right location. Oh, the side of the hotel where our rooms located suffered from shortage of electric capacity, which means the lamp, the air conditioner, and the water went up and down, sometimes they just went out completely (one of my friend experienced that while showering, poor her). The room was clean enough but there was some cracks on the wall. The bathroom was not divided into dry part and wet part as most of today's hotel would do -they're all wet part- and no doormat provided just to make your day even better (be careful with your steps). And when you think it's time to deliver some complaints, the room's phone is not even working, good luck to find the reception desk. There were still some bad news about their facility -including their restaurant that didn't have egg station and only serve plain water in form of mineral water cup- but I'm running out of energy to type them all. My only advice is, if you are looking for, at least, a standard service from a hotel, do not even think about this place. Go somewhere else. You're welcome.

  Not Recommended

  We stayed for one night at new year. It was very overpriced, compare to the facilities. The room and the bathroom was dirty, also it only has one small window. We stayed at old building with minimum facilities, and not maintained enough. We wont recommend you to stay there unless it has maintaned and renovated.

  Really BAD ...Dont

  I stay here with family 30-31 on dec. So im disappointed coz when i breakfast, the egg menu is not displayed & I request the Staff to say if I can order 1 it can't be 2 with the reason that the Staff will prepare food for lunch while the morning is still at 8 o'clock. Stupid Staff , The staff speaks in disrespectful words. This resort needs hospitality training. for room is very dirty room, the TV is broken. This resort can be said not good for staying
