  Absolutely amazing

  I came here after I booked a smelly rotten horror hotel close to the airport. I was absolutely desperate because they also kept my money and my budget went low. Then I found Des Res Serviced Apartment wich safed my day. Tassnee the owner is a absolut darling and provided me a wonderful apartment in the 6th floor. I felt instantly at home and safe. I can more then recommend this place and I will definitely be back. Also the infrastructure is great since it is very close to a main street with Family Mart for your daily need. Just one kilometer away is a nice and moder little shopping mall with a huge variety of food like Starbucks, KFC, Japanese restaurant, Dunking Donuts, Au Bon Pain and more. For the Thai food experience there's also a nice Thai food court right in front of Tops Market. Thanks again Tassnee for the wonderful stay.

  Overpriced.

  Terrible place!! The electricity is well overpriced. I had to pay for both my room which is twice as much as in regular condos and for the maintenance for the common area. It was ranged between two-thousand five-hundred and three-thousand and seven-hundred bath. The internet sucks (it's one of those connections where you need to log in every time you lock your phone). Plus the boss never addresses issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  Scam

  I stayed at Des Res Apartment from May to November, and let me tell you I have never paid this much for the electricity fare. I've spent around 17,500 Baht for 6 months. They make you pay 8 baht/unit instead of 4 baht/unit and they charge you for the maintenance of the common area as well. Which was always the same price as the electricity bill of my own room. Every single time I told the owner about it, she referred to the contract and refused to talk any more than that. Also when I left, there were 2 pigeon eggs on the balcony. I urged them not to throw them away but they did anyway as soon as I moved out. The Wi-Fi is terrible too, you need to log in every time you lock your phone. Don't stay there.

  It served our needs for one night

  My wife and I live close by and due to the local 'tessabaan' cutting our electricity for one night, we needed a place to stay from 10.00pm to 7.00am so we were only there for a night's sleep. It looks like a fairly new serviced apartment building (they are ten a penny in Bangkok these days) and is still clean and in good condition. It's also in a very quiet neighborhood off the main Soi Bearing. The room itself was adequate albeit a bit bland. There was no restaurant. We were checked in and out by the security guards (which wasn't a problem) the air-con was a bit weak, the fridge wasn't plugged in (and we didn't want to move fridges around to find the socket just to keep a bottle of water cold) This is often the problem with businesses of this nature in Bangkok, management will do anything to save a few dollars on electricity. There was free wifi but no one made the password available and we couldn't be bothered to traipse back downstairs to ask for it. The signal strength looked OK though. The room came with a kettle and a microwave if you needed them. It was just about worth the 950 baht for one night.

  Excellent stay !

  We stayed in Des Res Apartment for 1 week recently. Check in was perfect, the lady at the reception was very friendly and spoke English perfectly. The room was nice and clean. We were on the 7th floor and the balcony showed the skyline of Bangkok.(we saw the new year fireworks from here). There is a small gym with a running machine and some weights for workout. Enough restaurants and a Villa Market in the neighbourhood. Relatively far from bts Bearing, but songtheaws and mototaxi's enough on the main road. We were very happy to stay hete and will surely come back.
