  Love this Hotel / Quick Drive to San Marino

  I just have to say I love this hotel. I was there early in May, well before the start of the summer season. I checked in on a Sunday evening and there was a wedding reception taking place. It looked like a great party. Other than that, I think there were three (3) rooms occupied in the hotel during our two night stay. The hotel was very quite. The room is large and so is the bathroom. It is several blocks from the beach so there is no view, other than looking out in the pool and surrounding neighborhood. Breakfast is a great buffet with a huge selection. It is served in a lovely room and waiters will bring you anything if you ask. The best part of the hotel might be the spa. I went both days and used the indoor pool / hot tub / steam room etc. One day two other people were there. The other, no one. It was very enjoyable but I dont know that I would have liked it so much of the hotel was full / many other guests were using the facilities. We had a car and drove to San Marino one day. It was very easy to do and the drive was through beautiful farms / country side. The drive took about 45 minutes.

  The Best in Riccione

  very classy hotel in Downtown Riccione. Excellent service, convenient parking, excellent food and great rooms. Have been coming (on and off) to this hotel since the mid '50s of the past century. Riccione the "Pearl of the Adriatic Coast", there is no substitute !

  An absolute must

  As always a very beautiful room, very clean and extremely spacious, the kitchen is worthy of a Michelin star, high quality and class presentation, the location of the hotel is the best location in Riccione, within walking distance of the famous shopping street and beach and yet in a very quiet environment which is priceless, during the stay you will be treated very professionally by the entire staff, this hotel deserves its full 5 stars thanks to the policy of General Manager Moris Delprete.

  Classical Glamour

  Not having stayed here for many years, this was our 3rd visit to this timelessly elegant hotel. It remains grand in every sense; the architecture, immaculate service & facilities. Our room was comfortable & well-equipped as was the bathroom. The outdoor pool area is a wonderful place to relax & people watch; we didn't have time to check out the beach club. Breakfast served in the gorgeous dining room is the best & the scrambled eggs, to die for. Loved staying here again & would certainly return.

  Classically Wonderful

  The hotel is situated in a great position. Quietly tucked away, yet just minutes walk from the main streets of Riccione for eating and shopping. The hotel interior has a classic style and a very pleasant atmosphere. All staff I encountered were exceptionally pleasant and as a female travelling alone, I felt very safe here. I was very pleased with the room they kindly upgraded me to, which had a pool view and was immaculately clean and stylish. The Pool for me was wonderful and a real bonus and the area around it was fanatstic. Brekfast was served the first couple of days on the patio near the pool and was a lovely way to start the day. Breakfast itself was goof with plenty of choice and they also have an extra menu if where you can get things like Avocado on Toast and a variety of freshly pressed juices-I got a carrot, giner and organge everyday I was there. I enjoyed a drink outside the hotel in the evening and when the sun goes down, the hotel still has a great atmosphere with the lighting. When I was there I got one massage at the Spa and it was excellent. A few things to say about Riccione: It appeared to be a very friendly place. In my short time there, I experienced great kindness from strangers, all happy to help out with directions etc. There is a train a few minutes walk from the Hotel and the beachfront is minutes away too. From the train you can easily access places up and down the coast like Rimini (ten minuets away) for 1.50 euro. Trains are fast, clean and very resonably priced with a regular service up and down the coast from early morning until late at night. Good selection of places to eat and good selection of shops, which mixed high end and designer with everyday. My favourite bar was situated opposite the end of the road the hotel was on ( 3 minute walk) and is called Bevabbè. Go and have a cocktail there and watch the world go by. All in all this is a great hotel in Riccione with great service and would reccomend it highly.
