  Excellent service and great place

  We stayed here for a week.Great location.Having half board but hotel provides also soup and salad as a great customer service.Friendly staff always very helpful!We definitely will come back.Great welness with saunas.Place to relax.

  Great hotel: personal, welcoming and friendly

  I stayed here for two nights. It was really clean, staff were friendly and helpful (but not too intrusive), the room was spacious and the food in the restaurant was good value. The spa facilities were a little dated but were clean, fully functioning and well laid out.

  great hotel!

  We went to Austria for a long weekend and booked Hotel almost last minute. Hotel Kirchheimerhof was a perfect!! Room was great, food delicious, hotel staff friendly. Everybody was so nice and we did not have a single thing to complaint about. Breakfast buffet was so rich that we need to pace ourselves!! All meals in Hotel were exquisite. Hotel staff was so friendly and even they were busy they will stop by and chat a little with us. We felt like home. Mario help us to feel like home, Zoltan who always make sure we have all we need, Moritz, the hard worker :-) who was everywhere - in hotel, in farm but always with that contageous smile... We will be back for sure. <3

  Nice hotel but forget the wellness facilities

  We recently started at this hotel. Nice large, clean rooms. Friendly staff. The food was okay. The wellness facilities were underwhelming. For starters, the outside pool was cold and the inside whirlpool was tiny. Considering, Bad Kleinkirchheim has at least two public spa, you would be better off, staying at a cheaper hotel and spending a day at the newly refurbished Römer Spa.

  Feels like home!

  What an amazing hotel! I mean there are sure more luxury hotels in the world or more newer one, but the one thing that was never seen before is the feeling when you come to this hotel that you immediately feel like home, or that you came to your relatives that are looking forward to accommodate you. The staff, receptionist, bartender, owners they are all like one big family looking to make your stay at their hotel the nicest in your life. Not to forget the friendly lady at the child zone who is really making the difference. Hotel is in great position both if you come in the summer (like we did) just on a small hill above BKK where you can do long walks or ride a bike. Also they have little ZOO with domestic animals and children playground right around the corner and terrace in front where kids can drive those small vehicles like bikes cars etc. Wellness is great with indoor and outdoor pool. If you come in the winter the location is also great since there are ski pists around the hotel for small ones and for adults as well. Nice clean rooms, great food and extra great service, come here and you will not regret it.
