  Nice warm place to be with great back yard view to the ocean

  Stayed for 2 days recently . Claire was warm and helpful. The rooms are clean , warm and aesthetically pleasing to be in . The gardens in and around the rooms are well laid and suits the wooden cabins .Has all amenities what any one would look for . Has a common kitchen too besides a restaurant . Looking forward to yet another visit sometime ......

  Good value for money

  We made a last minute booking and stayed here for 1 night. We arrived late and left early so did not meet anyone. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice location. Room was quite basic, bed was ok so all in all a good experience.

  Over Priced

  Beautiful location but room dated. Very off putting when you walk past room and you hear dog barking from in the Room next to one you are going to be in for the night. Traffic the following morning woke us up, room 8 faced road. The ensuite when you went to the toilet and turned light/fan on sounded like a plane taking off, so loud. Poor quality linen. Not good I think for what this motel offers it is so very over priced at $150 per night. Would not stay here again especially knowing they let people have dogs in the rooms yuck, yuck!!! The only positive was it had good water pressure in the shower.

  I did not stay there

  I was a little concerned when I made the booking but went there with an open mind. As soon as I walked into the Reception I new I had made a mistake. The reception needed a good clean. It was dated which was not the issue, the floor needed a good clean, there were cobwebs on the walls and ceiling and the counter was dusty. I didnt ask for information about the district but was asked to pick up a brochure and hand to the proprietor so he could show me where things were. I picked it up, shook the dust, dead fly and insects off it. I was then told to drive around the back and he would meet me at the room. I didnt think that was necessary. I was not offered a room in the main part of the motel but a room around the back. The outside of these rooms needed a good clean to get rid off all the cobwebs. I went into the room and it was dated which is ok, but it was not clean. I drove into town found another motel to stay in, went back, handed in my key and was asked why are you leaving, the motel is clean. Well it wasnt clean enough for me.

  Have returned once again and the experience was the same as before....Excellent

  The accommodation is in keeping with the the older style Accommodation. It is very clean and well serviced.Bath linen was changed daily The shared kitchen is more than adequate for our needs....comfortable, clean and serviced each day. The owners were most accommodating for our needs, with good advice about the features of Denmark. The Country Units give a beautiful view through a narrow band of tall trees to the Estuary....Oh ! so peaceful !
