  Convenient to family nearby.

  Stayed two weekends in a row. Rooms were comfortable and the price was right. Complementary breakfast. Friendly staff. Fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. We would stay there again. There is a Sonic next door and other restaurants close nearby.

  Family visit

  We stayed two nights. Our room was fine. We were in a room next to the pool. Our first room was in the back on 1st floor and appeared to be a smoking room,had burns and floor seemed dirty. Had no problem being switched. It was very clean and ac worked good. Front desk very nice and helpful. Breakfast was minimal, coffee was great!

  NASTY

  When we checked in the staff was friendly but the rooms are filthy and smell very bad.They offered another room but it was no better, then the staff said all they could do was offer a bottle of Febreze. We stayed two and a half hours and couldn't stand the smell any longer. We had two rooms because we had four adults and our grandchildren with us. When we checked out they only reimbursed us half the price of one room. What a sleezy way to do business! They will never get another penny from us. We went to Kings Mountain and got a decent room that was clean.

  Should be called maybe Alright Inn

  Not the best place but not too bad either. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The door to my room (228) looked like someone at one point attempted to pry it open with crowbar. But using the deadbolt it locked and was secure. The remote for the TV was missing but was able to use the controls on the TV itself. I didn't report it to the staff, but I'm sure they would have offered me one or another room. Staff was nice enough. A/C worked well. Price was too much for room, although that might be due to holiday weekend or something going on in York, SC that weekend. There was a good bit of other guest staying there. Overall it's Alright if you need place to stay and get it cheap. Parking is tight. It's fine for passenger cars but be hard to find a place to put a trailer without unhooking it. The free Breakfast was really nothing more than a waffle maker and some cereal. They should just put out some coffee instead.

  Good value

  Apparently recently updated, with more modern conveniences. Very clean but nothing fancy; good value for the money. Spartan breakfast. If you dont have earplugs, ask for a room towards the back. Traffic noise was noticeable.
