Worst worst worst place to stay!

Worst: worst: worst place to stay. This is the worst hotel I have come across in my life. Checked in Monday night and while searching for a pen found some condoms in the drawer of writing desk. I thought either hotel put it in rooms or someone forgot. Next entered washroom and found some dirty clothes hanging behind the door. Still thinking someone staying before me probably left. Since it was late already I went to bed. Next morning when I rethought about what I found last night, I checked my bedding and found dirty stains. I informed reception and left a message for hotel General Manager to call. No one called. When I came back I asked for the GM, he was available, so I met him. He said he did receive my message but thought his Assistant will call me. He offered free IHC rewards points to compensate. Also, washroom maintenance was worst; clogged sink and faulty shower. Free shuttle service is totally unreliable. I called at 5pm, requesting pick up from office at 5:30. When no one came till 6pm, I called hotel and they informed someone called after me from the airport so driver went there as airport is a priority, and they forgot to inform me. Also, they cannot give a time when shuttle can come. I took Uber to come back. Finally I came to restaurant this morning at 7:15 am ordered simple breakfast of a bagel and some fruit. Didnt get it till 8am, so left at 8 am for airport. When I told this to shuttle driver he was kind to go in the kitchen and get a bagel and some fruit for me. Never going to stay here again; never imagined an IHC hotel could be so worst.

    Business Stay

I stayed two nights at Hotel Indigo and Melissa Henry was so pleasant and gave me incredible service. I'm not a coffee drinker and she had my hot water ready for me the next morning before my shuttle to the airport. That extra little service was beyond her duties and I would stay there when I'm not working

    After Christmas at Hotel Indigo

Their were 4 in our group. Three adults and one child. The room was very nice. Lot's of pillows, very roomy, not carpeted which is a lot cleaner. We were given 4 breakfast vouchers for each day we stayed. When we went to use them we were told we could only use two. That is their policy. We explained that we were given 4 for each day and was told the same again. Only two were going to be excepted. After a little discussion it was agreed that we could use the 4. We ordered our food and went to sit down. After 20 minutes had gone by we were told the chef was no where to be found. The waistaff ended up making our food which she did a pretty good job. We didn't bothere to use the rest of the vouchers while visiting because it was such a hassle the first time. They currently have renovations going on everyday until March 2020. Our ice machine was out of order so we had to go up a few floors to the 6th to get ice. The hotel did not leave you feeling warm and cozy or very welcomed actually. I would not recommend staying here.

    Could have been cleaner

We stayed at this location the night before leaving on an early flight out of Raleigh/Durham airport as it was convenient to airport. Our initial room had a visible hair clog in the shower. When I pulled back the comforter there were long hair in the sheets. The individual at the front desk promptly moved us to a new room, which was better, but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job.
