Very niceI'm currently staying at this hotel for another 3 nights. The hotel is lovely and the staff are extremely friendly. The staff are always saying hello and asking how you are and giving high fives to everyone. There are 2 separate swimming pool and sunbathing areas one at the front of the hotel and one at the back. You can walk through the hotel and it leads you onto the beach area. Honest opinion on the beach beautiful to look at from a distance until you get close and see how dirty and full of rubbish the sand is which is a big downfall when you want to lay down and sunbathe and your surrounded by rubbish. Honest opinion on the hotel The hotel is extremely big and I got lost on a few occasions trying to find my room (yes the hotel is that big). I arrived at 1pm and check in isn't until 2pm which is a pain as I wasn't told about this prior. So make sure you check the time you are landing to the time you can check in. There is entertainment through out the day and in the evening through until midnight at the back of the hotel so if your room is on that side be prepared for loud noises until 12am, then there is a nightclub that goes on until the early hours but you don't hear that. They host games, dancing, darts, exercise classes etc (all the usual entertainment things on holiday). They have quite a few lifeguards based on both swimming pools and lots of waters around picking up rubbish and all the glasses keeping the areas clean. There are quite a few men who constantly try selling you things, excursions, hair treatments, massages, and treatments in the spa which is quite annoying as you end up sounding like a broken record over and over. But of course if you want to book these types of things then you won't mind. The hotel has its own spa and hairdressers where you can get many different treatments. Moving onto the rooms The rooms are slightly outdated and in need of some TLC but they are cleaned daily and the beds are comfy enough to sleep on. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Tunisia. I will attach pictures for you to see.

Wouldnt really recommendMyself and my friend (two females) came here for a 10 night stay. On booking, the pictures look amazing - big outside space and nice pool. The reviews on here were a bit worrying but we thought it would be fine as there are always people with too high expectations. But the reviews are correct. When we first arrived, check in took ages - we were ignored multiple times and the staff would start a conversation with us then start speaking randomly to someone else. We then were taken to the lift to go to our rooms and pounced on straight away asking for us to pay for a massage etc. This continued throughout the holiday despite saying no countless times. Our room didnt have air con - they came to fix it at 9pm when my friend was asleep (we had just arrived and had been travelling since 4am). Also note that they came into the room without even knocking - totally inappropriate. They didnt fix it and messed around for 45 minutes. They said they would come back the next day. They never did and we have had to sleep with the doors open every night. The outside space isnt as big as the pictures look; it is significantly smaller so try not to be deceived - we didnt ever struggle to find a space though which is good. We bought something at the desk the next day and again the service was poor. They delayed giving us our change and the man decided to go on the phone. When they did give us our change it was in euros which we cant even use here or at home. Nice try! The poor communication carried on throughout the holiday. There were multiple instances where I was asking a question, and the staff would start speaking to someone else before answering me; it is just totally rude and made me feel like I was a less important guest than the other person. Like the reviews say, the hotel is very popular with the Russians and it is very very loud - we ended up sitting at a different pool which was a lot quieter - this pool is also less bombarded by the entertainment team which was a positive. The food is nice but the same everyday - pasta, pizza, rice etc for dinner, and croissants etc for breakfast, with some variations in the food for example there may be tuna or meatballs and so on on different days. The entertainment team are nice enough but they do not leave you alone no matter how much you tell them you are reading or relaxing. One of them was quite inappropriate with sexual remarks which started as funny but gradually got offensive when he dove into some personal matters. Understandably their job is to get to know everyone but I think they also need to understand when someone wants to be left alone. All in all it was a good holiday weather wise but in terms of the poor service, poor room conditions and annoyance from the animation team, it wasnt great. I personally wouldnt go back again.

PLEASE READ - TO ALL BRITS, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE..!!On arrival we were shown 2 rooms, one overlooking a building site, the other over the pool, surprise surprise we had to pay extra, not a good start.!! Room very basic, quite clean but rock hard beds and pillows, broken shower, rusty towel rail, no toiletries, no fridge (minibar) as advertised. (NOT 4*). THEN THE FOOD. So where do we even start. Bland, tasteless, repetitive. Using the night befores leftovers for next days breakfast and so on and so on. Saving bread and pastry products from diners plates some with bites out of it when clearing tables, (Rep could not give us an explanation as to why) said he would get back to us and didn't. We saw another "EU" holidaymaker double dipping in all the jams tasting before taking, just pure revolting behaviour. Lunchtime is like a cattle market, a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. We have lived on eggs, potatoes and bread the whole week. BAR SERVICE. What an absolute joke. We spent most of our holiday queuing in up to 12 to 15 people at a time for warm beer in tiny plastic cups only half filled while one person served and 2 stood watching, this is not an exaggeration...Piano Bar is not All Inclusive either. SNACK BAR. Not all inclusive at all as turned away at meal times when canteen (not a restaurant) is open so they can save the produce for the "paying customers". STAFF. Rude, obnoxious, ignorant, huge language barrier. Its all about the Russians I'm afraid, could count on one hand the pleasant few. BEACH. Well, first impressions looked quite good here and then.... The stench of sewage is just something to behold, nothing like it. Sanitary products floating in the sea as well as all the other general plastic rubbish. And again, its NOT all inclusive at the refreshment shed either on this "PRIVATE" beach. Its all about how much more money they can get out of you from the moment you arrive... POOLS. Nice but heaving, very uncomfortable. There is another pool away from the annoying animation team (can't be easy for them I know) but here there was one piece of music on a loop for the whole day, very depressing indeed. When we asked if there was something a little more cheery they just shrugged and said "we only work here" and walked off.. So to all you fellow British Holidaymakers out there, please stay clear of this place, it is nowhere near a 4* we would not even give it a minus 4*, we begrudge putting a 1* at the top but unfortunately that's the only way to leave a review. Don't be fooled by the photos. We tried not to be too influenced by the reviews as we know all people have different standards but we wish we had this time... Please feel free to contact me if there is a way, I would love to help.. BE WARNED -STAY WELL CLEAR..!!!!!

Delphin ribatI can only recommend this hotel. I felt verry good. It´s a top hotel. I love an animator called BOYKA. The rooms are clean and nice. We liked the food very much. It was the most beautiful vacation. I´ll be back soon.
