  Hotel muy bien presentado, una calidad muy buena en la atención al cliente también cuenta con comedor y con muchas opciones de compra muy cerca. El desayuno es apenas bueno. la ubicación es muy buena a 5 km de Kab Elias, 15 km de Zahlé

  Disappointed

  I was a bit disappointed with the service they have, the lack of staff...the breakfast was mediocre and the staff were all gloomy. The Jacuzzi in the room was out of order and they sent someone who didn't know what to do with it. Besides they had a dirty pool. There was even an hotel staff at the pool smoking an argileh in the mrng and didn't bother to give us towels. Although the apartment was spacious and new, the overall experience was bad.

  Restaurant buffet was a good choice for lunch

  We stopped just for lunch and we really enjoyed it !! The food was really tasty, the restaurant is clean and the service is very good . If you are in a hurry Delora can be the place where you can have a good lunch. Quality and price match very good together !!

  Very nice and clean hotel

  The hotel is located in a very busy area where you can find anything you need. McDonald's, KFC, filly Starbucks..., and many other restaurants. A pharmacy is a 2 min walk. And the area is full of shops. The only downside of the location is the surrounding old buildings and the noise during the day. You don't have a nice view from rooms. But if you go to the rooftop pool you can see that behind those buildings is a big stretch of nature which is beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean. We took two connected rooms with a living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room had a tub and a shower, the other only a shower. The rooms where very convenient for my family of 5. The rooftop pool is small but nice with a good view. Water is cold. There's a jacuzzi which is also cold. But the only thing I didn't like is that the protective glass on the ledge of the building next to the pool was shattered. Held by some kind of adhesive tape. That is a big hazard for kids. I couldn't leave my kids alone because of that. On the entrance you find the hotel restaurant caffe which is open 24/7, with really good prices. Next to it is Starbucks. The service is pretty good. They will help you with anything you need. The manager is very nice too. The prices are ok. It's not cheap but not expensive either. We paid $220 for our room per night. I will definitely come back to Delora hotel. It is in the heart of Bekaa, close to everything.

  Friendly...

  Friendly staff,very clean and spacious rooms.beautiful views tasty buffet and clean swimming pool but a bit noisy if there is a wedding across the road. Definetly will repeat it soon.we enjoyed Starbucks and dip n dip in the hotel
