  Lovely hotel with wonderful staff and great pool bar!

  I stayed at the Delonix for two nights during a business trip in March 2019. When we booked the rooms we got the breakfast buffet included in the morning (which was delicious & included Japanese and Western breakfast dishes) and 6 items of laundry service (which was desperately needed and appreciated by me!) The room was clean, and I LOVED the pool/lounge area in the evenings. The staff was really welcoming too. The hotel itself is located near a beautiful looking golf course, but not much else. It was perfect for our location for business in Karawang. Travel time fro Jakarta airport = about three hours in traffic.

  BUSINESS YET HOMEY

  Great establishment in Karawang. Whenever i go there for a business meeting, you can always see that there are many Japanese businessman and workers in the hotel. My point of view is: If you find many Japanese in one area, then 1. it is a nice area, probably with many benefits or affordable, 2. there is a good japanese food around, cos Japanese are very loyal to their taste Conclusion: both are fact! Find the Japanese Rest. inside, looks really nice with great food. They also have this western cafe which is also really nice.

  Delonix Hotel

  Very nice Hotel, Very Nice Employees and Facilities. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Eating out by the pool is also very nice, close to the bar. The menu is a mix of local, American and Japanese food that all tasted very good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Very nice

  Stay for one night on new years eve. The property a bit off in the middle of golf courses next to a highway. The property was well maintained and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and good in size. The pool and the ofura was very nice addition to the property. Bfast was okey, not many choice. But as a gateway is good pick of a bunch. Definitely be back for quick honeymoon... :)

  Superb Hotel but there's a catch

  Stayed here for one night alone. I stayed in the old building (Garden View), don't get me wrong, if you want tranquility, this is where you should stay! It's surrounded with many trees that give you calm feeling despite its location in Karawang. In this building you'll find the restaurant for breakfast which is in the middle of the garden (with outdoor seating too!), ladies ofuro, and sakana, the japanese restaurant. The main lobby, male ofuro, swimming pool, gym and miami cafe are on the newer building (Golf View) The room is spacious. It came with microwave, big fridge, and a big sofa. The bed is big and comfortable but, the pillows are not comfortable at all. The bathroom though is a bit small, and the tub is quite high to get into. The toilet is modern, some sort of high tech toilet you'll find in Japan. Oh and the water smelled funky (I only showered here once, I showered in ofuro most of the times). Pool is nice with refreshing water temperature. It's located close to the gym and ofuro. You ask for the pool towel here in the gym. Ofuro was nice and spacious! Though I'm not sure if the bathroom in the ofuro is cleaned daily. I still saw pees on the urinoir from the night before, no one cleaned it. Breakfast experience was okay, not many options but good enough to fill up your tummy in the morning. Some menus are japanese which makes it interesting! They served nato and umeboshi on my second day there! Here's a catch. When I wanted to grab some water, I couldn't find the glass, so I asked one from the lady who asked me about my room number, she said ok so I stood there waiting for her to find me a glass, it took sometime until she said that she's gonna give the glass to my table. I proceeded to seat in my table outside. But even until I finished my breakfast, the glass was never arrived. If it was because I sat outside, that's not possible, the restaurant was small, you could easily find me there even with my blue hat. I was the only one who's wearing blue hat. Then I had dinner twice in their japanese restaurant, Sakana. The ambience was very japanese, I felt like I was in Japan! The food was also good and affordable. People were very nice, they didn't treat me differently though I'm Indonesian (most of the guests were Japanese). But, again, there's a catch, I ordered fried Gyoza for my appetizer on my second night. They put paper underneath the gyoza, I thought it's fine until I found out it's a freaking printed paper!!! (pictures included) It's a restaurant in a 4 star hotel, and it felt like I had gorengan from the street... very disappointing! In the morning I rent a bike there for free, a very nice experience riding around the hotel area which is golf field and people barely there. A very nice experience for getaway from the crowd. The staff is very friendly, from the receptionist, the cleaner, and other staff. Of course except during the breakfast. I definitely gonna back here again anytime soon. But hopefully next time I will have better experience for the breakfast and at the restaurant.
