    Great hollidays!

    Nice hotel, with big pool, not so far away from the sea. Various food - especially thanks for Alex in the dinnig room. Bar had a lot different coctails and the best bar tenders - Radi and Niko! Special thanks to the administration staff for their understanding and assistance- we had really good two weeks here!

    Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertise!!!

    Booked to stay at this hotel at last minute as an alternative to our holiday to Menorca. Hotel is being advertise as a 4 star resort but it's more likely a 2 - 3 star. We have stayed at a 3 star resort which had better facilities and the rooms are decorated more on the modern side. On the day of our arrival, the welcome we received from the reception was certainly not of that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Most hotel would normally provide their guest information of the resort facilities but not in Delfinia. Another surprise we had was the hotel are not providing pool towels because of covid-19 but was told that we can certainly buy a towel from the shop at the hotel. Canteen style dining was understandable because of the current pandemic but certainly no excuse for repetitive food selection on offer and often cold. As mentioned by other guest, bedrooms definitely needed updating which again are misleading since it is nothing like the photos on there website. The mattress in the cabana's needed cleaning before you can even use them as often left dirty from the day before. It is noticeable that the resort was running on minimum staff but hats off to all the staff who work so hard to keep the hotel going.

    Great vacation

    I was stayed in hotel with my family and I recomend this hotel to everyone!!the rooms were always cleaned and the receptionists were always smiled and very helpful. the food was every day different and there were many choices on buffet..special thanks to Alex, Radi,Nikos, Katerina and Christina from reception and in all the staff.. you are the best guys and we absolutely come again next year!!

    DANGEROUS - RISK YOUR LIFE IF YOU STAY AT DELFINIA RESORT HOTEL!

    Stayed here for a week in September 2020 with my friend and our two 2 year olds. On 23rd September at 10.30pm the toddlers were asleep so we were sat outside our room when we realised our air conditioning unit was on fire. With no way to contact reception via phone one of us had to run to get help. The receptionist came to check(!) before going to retrieve the pool barman Niko and restaurant server Alex. Thank god they came to the rescue with fire extinguishers to put the fire out (their shift finished at 11pm apparently). The receptionist tried to assure us we were safe to stay in the room(!) but we insisted on being moved due to the smoke and fact they were unable to shut down the power to the air con. We were brought a key and left to carry the sleeping toddlers in their cots down to a new room. No one offered to help or came to check whether we were all okay. Afterwards we realised there are no smoke/fire alarms in the rooms so we were extremely lucky to have seen it otherwise may not be alive to warn others! We were very shaken up and didnt dare sleep for fear of a repeat incident. My friend tried to speak to the manager/owner about it the next day - we requested a copy of the incident report and proof they meet EU fire regulations but he told us they didnt have to give anything to us, that accidents happen(!) and we needed to speak to their lawyers (whose details he refused to give). At one point they accused us of trying to blackmail them and told us to leave! No apology or accountability, the way they treated us was absolutely disgusting. The hotel staff (particularly Niko, Alex and Valentina) were all lovely but the management obviously do not care about the wellbeing of their guests. We have videos of the fire being extinguished, photos of the melted air conditioning unit, witness statements from other rooms and a recording of our conversation with the management so have taken the matter further, hence my delay in posting a review. Avoid Delfinia Resort Hotel at all costs!!!

    Friendly and accomadating

    Just returned . Very well run clean and professional hotel. All staff warm and friendly.special mention to radi and niko for their great and friendly service at all times . Only negative really was food overall never very hot ,but was varied and good. Great value as we went all inclusive.
